Very disappointed experience

The property has good location.

Cons:

The property is under renovation. It is dusty everywhere. I believe the dust is carried to unrenovated area through a/c ducts. If it disclosed it is under renovation, I will not book it. The breakfast is a joke, it only has boggles and waffles, coffee and juice machines. I will not book this hotel anymore. I has motel 8 experience but it charged a holiday inn price.

Could of been better
Pros:

Clean, comfortable beds

Cons:

Stayed here many times with no problems. This could have just been an off day. Breakfast was out of juice, decaf coffee, plates, milk. Don't know whether to give it another try or go somewhere else.

Staff was friendly and it was a good location.

Cons:

I felt the hotel could be cleaner. I used the elevator every day during my stay and I don’t think it was cleaned the entire time. Having mop buckets with dirty water sitting in the lobby has me considering other accommodations on my next visit.
