Pros:

The pillows were super hard and the rooms weren’t sound proof at all. Lots of running up and down the halls at night time and yelling kids. I won’t be returning to this hotel in the future.

Pros:

Had to switch rooms as AC was not working. AC in both rooms was so loud you couldn’t hear the TV or have a conversation without high volume. Water park is small and very limited hours during the week. Staff is friendly but does not offer any options for the inconvenience of moving rooms. Action city is not included with your stay and the hotel is expensive. Pillows are flat. Would not recommend.

Clean place, Staff was nice. Beds are very uncomfortable. Pillows not the best. Hot tub wasn't very hot.

Pros:

We chose this hotel because of the waterpark, but after booking through Hotels.com, we received a call that the park would be closing at 5:00 on Sunday (this is not listed on the hotels.com website). We would have chosen a different hotel had we know this. The hotel was great, but very disappointing to not be able to use the waterpark

Pros:

My son cut his foot getting off of the lily pads. I asked for care and was told there were no medical personnel on site. The staff member called to help had no training, didn’t sanitize the wound, and didn’t know how to bandage it. Very unsafe for a family water park.

Pros:

We were very happy with our stay! It was difficult finding places that were pet friendly and this hotel welcomed our pup with no issues. Only complaint we had was that the pillows were too stiff, but that will not stop us from visiting again. We might just just bring our own pillows! 😉

Pros:

Worth our 3 hour drive ! We have 4 pre/teen teenagers and it is one of the few places they all enjoy !! Go-karts inside is their favorite!!
Arcade has so many options and super fun !
Besides bumper cars, mini golf & zipline
What more can one place offer ?? Plus a win inside the city eats made it even better…
