It was a good stay and I enjoyed the breakfast

Good location and the fact that there were no pets allowed

Cons:

We stayed four days and we had to get fresh towels ourselves. No one checked on our linen

Horrible customer service
Cons:

The staff was substandard
Man at the desk was to busy playing on his phone to acknowledge our presence both when checked in and anytime we passed by the desk. When he did finally check us in he barely spoke to me and we he did he didn’t speak up or make eye contact. What a joke!!

quiet rooms nice staff

Cons:

I understand it was the end of June and early July but the pool was a bit warm. If there could be a way to put some kind of a Shea cloth above the pool to help you know, keep it a little bit cooler that would be great. It was nice having the pool, but by the end of June early July it’s really like bathwater temperature.

Great all around value!
Pros:

Large and clean room. Bed was very comfortable and actually liked hotel pillows for the first time ever! Breakfast buffet was a bonus.

Cons:

There are no housekeeping services during a brief stay. Had to get extra towels and toilet paper from the front desk. Checked out 1 day early, and an additional charge of $131.19 was pending on my credit card when I got home. Called and reported it, but it was still pending 5 days later.
