We stay there couple times a year and like the facility.
Pros:

Staff is always very nice. Usually quiet place to stay. Great location for our needs. I like that they offer raisin bran cereal.

Cons:

Carpet in our room needs cleaning.

The rooms were clean a comfortable.

It was in a great location. A lot of shopping and places to eat. A lot of available parking and well lit.

Breakfast was good. Gracie the person who checked us in was fantastic.

Cons:

Little things that need attention and probably training. Light bulb in main lamp was out. Gracie assisted in getting a replacement. Tv remote didn’t match the tv. Bath had 2 lotions and 1 conditioner….no shampoo or body wash.

Made a bad situation turn into a relaxing time
Pros:

The staff was wonderful. Hotel was booked and my car wasn't fixed yet so needed another night. They worked very hard to help us find another room for the night. They had a cancelation so found us and let us know they now had a room.

The staff was wonderful, the breakfast was good variety. The room was a handicap room with plenty of room for my husband's mobility scooter and walker
