Pros:

Breakfast was good. Gracie the person who checked us in was fantastic.

Cons:

Little things that need attention and probably training. Light bulb in main lamp was out. Gracie assisted in getting a replacement. Tv remote didn’t match the tv. Bath had 2 lotions and 1 conditioner….no shampoo or body wash.

Made a bad situation turn into a relaxing time
Pros:

The staff was wonderful. Hotel was booked and my car wasn't fixed yet so needed another night. They worked very hard to help us find another room for the night. They had a cancelation so found us and let us know they now had a room.

Pros:

The staff was wonderful, the breakfast was good variety. The room was a handicap room with plenty of room for my husband's mobility scooter and walker
Definitely would stay here again.

I'd stay again. Hope they get the hot water fixed!

The Hot water was out in our room and we overheard at breakfast that it was in several rooms. Cold shower was rough on a cold night.

The location an parking lot was small didn't have much room to park my personal truck and midsize cargo untily trailer /Also the breakfast bar needs some improvements food was cold at both place I stay at Daphne Al /Luling Tx property didn't have a Microwave to heat your food Both place was built in side of a hill only front parking limited parking area give that about a four to five rating
