Pros:

quiet rooms nice staff

Cons:

I understand it was the end of June and early July but the pool was a bit warm. If there could be a way to put some kind of a Shea cloth above the pool to help you know, keep it a little bit cooler that would be great. It was nice having the pool, but by the end of June early July it’s really like bathwater temperature.

Great all around value!
Pros:

Large and clean room. Bed was very comfortable and actually liked hotel pillows for the first time ever! Breakfast buffet was a bonus.

Quiet but convenient location

Cons:

There are no housekeeping services during a brief stay. Had to get extra towels and toilet paper from the front desk. Checked out 1 day early, and an additional charge of $131.19 was pending on my credit card when I got home. Called and reported it, but it was still pending 5 days later.

Pros:

The staff was nice. Breakfast was okay, nothing to crave for.

Cons:

I booked 2 rooms for my family and I could tell the facility wasn’t taken care of properly. The toilet in one of the rooms kept flushing on its own all night due to the fill valve failure. Bathtub in the other room had paint chips peeled off all over.
