ibis Pattaya

The location was very very good close to the beach and close to shopping atmosphere was very very friendly. They was there to help and advise the housekeeping on the fifth floor was excellent especially the lady who was cleaning my room daily. Her name is Cha. The rooms are quite basic and probably not enough electric sockets although they will supply an extension is requested the value was very reasonable. Quite a fair price for the time of year that I was there 00 I liked the ibis hotel in Pattaya

@ arrival i installed myself in the room, where the light @ desk was broken beyond repair, the desk itself looked like sh*t, damaged and fixed with discoloring liquid wood... Internet was renewed so no internet possible, fridge opened contraire the cabinet door, ie impractical the least.

Spend all together 2.5 with hotel staff and all they could fix was refrigerator.

Next morning i was offered a different room, that cost me 1 hour to pack my stuff one to re-install.
Now the internet still not work, had to contact IT guy for a fix.
Room safe needed a reset, new battery.
Another one hour gone.

Not fixed, power outlet in wall one works one not ie. i could not connect any electric appliances as i have a respirator that needs the one wall outlet, fortunately the respirator i always take extension as it is critical device, the extension give me extra room for the phone laptop etc but not thanks to hotel staff.

What is missing in the hotel, which by the way i booked for many years, is proper management that applies Quality Assurance policy en enforces to ensure the 3 star standard.

Next time around i will consider to find an alternative hotel. as i not want to loose so many hours of of my vacation.

We stayed in the 7th floor, pool facing with sea view. Room had a balcony, which was the major highlight of the stay. Amazing to sit and watch the sunset. When it rained it was fun getting drenched right in there.

Mosquitos round the outside patio but that’s not the hotels fault really

The room was a bit small but the overall comfortable bed made it negligible. Most comfortable bed I've had in pattaya. Breakfast had lots of options and not one day did they not have something i wanted to try.

Farir price and good location. Also clean.

Superb balance

IBIS PATTAYA HOTEL is a nice 3-star hotel near the beach road and a stone’s throw from the Pattaya Beach. The customer service is very good throughout the hotel premises and not only at the reception, where the service is excellent. The price is very good and highly competitive and therefore the value for money was really very good. I found very useful the fact that the hotel is very near to the excellent shopping mall Terminal 21 (with extensive food-court) and also a stone’s throw from the Central Marina Outlet (street food paradise & food-court) as well as the Soho Town (or the so-called China-town in Pattaya)
The swimming pool is also good enough with good length and depth (1,2 m). The room is small but everything was well organized and also with a small balcony. I faced a small problem with the soundproofing of the walls as I could clearly hear the TV of the neighboring room.
Summing up I was satisfied with my stay at IBIS PATTAYA HOTEL and I suggest it if you are looking for a good and safe 3-star hotel near Pattaya Beach with very good value for money.

Wonderful staff!

Three star property. Original rooms were not at an acceptable standard of cleanliness, and we were quickly moved to cleaner rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful, good location. Buffet breakfast was OK, keeping in mind this is a three star property.
