We chose this hotel for the pool and went directly after checking in around 4pm. When we got there, the pool was extremely dirty.
Thankfully the next day it was clean, however it was only cleaned once a day.
Staff was great, but the pool left a lot to be desired.
The food is good, especially the Japanese restaurant.
Aged hotel but clean and comfortable, with deco fitting the theme. Overall nice stay. Though slightly pricey restaurants, all with excellent quality food. Service is good with friendly and very helpful staff. We stayed 3D2N, had an upgraded room and enjoyed the facilities. Great place near the metro line 9 for short getaway or staycation. Kids will enjoy outdoor pool with real sand for beach feel.
这次选的暑期工作日入住 所以两点过后就能入住了没等多久 房间毛巾太少了 就两条大浴巾 和孩子游一次泳就用湿掉了
The room was large and had a great balcony overlooking the pools. Pools were great but the hotel ran out of towels at the pool and the lady didn’t offer to find more for guests. Both the Japanese restaurant and all day dining had well prepared food which we all enjoyed.
クラブルームなのにチェックインが出来ず，文句を言ってやっと16時くらいに入れた。混んでて掃除が出来てないと言われたが週末混むのは分かっているのに準備不足。
クラブルームのフロントに人が不在。
電話も全く通じない。結局2Fのフロントに行く羽目になるのでクラブルームの意味がない
가족 여행으로는 최적의 장소가 맞습니다..... 특히 해외여행이 막혀 있는 상태에서는 더더욱 말이죠. 다만 코로나19 여파로 저녁 뷔페를 운영하지 않은 것이 가장 아쉬웠습니다. 아마 7월부터는 운영하겠죠. 그거 말고는 모두 만족스러웠습니다.

Was asked by security to provide our health code but chinese guests werent!! The check-in queues were awful and they didnt have the sense to use check-out staff who werent busy, the tv channels were half of what was advertised with no english channels whatsoever, no wine glasses and having the router on the floor with lots of wires is really tacky. No staff and towels in the morning for the pool and the breakfast buffet was badly staffed, guests acted like theyve never eaten at a buffet before ! If it werent for the outdoor pool and slide its not somewhere id rush to again.
We stayed for a night in the middle of peak season.
プールアクセスの一階のお部屋がおススメです。メインプールから遠いお部屋の前のプールが人も少なく、午前でも日当たりが良いので特に良いです。
饭店最吸引的是它的泳池与沙滩，水深约1.2所以儿子是可以踩得的，饭店泳池设施让小孩念念不忘，一直说有机会还有来游泳玩沙
饭店有点年代，所以感觉有点老旧但服务是非常好的，我们入住刚好是入住高峰期，但柜台人员还是很细心的讲解各项须知。

가족과 함께하기 최고의 호텔 구베이에서 그리 멀지 않고 풀장 시설도 좋아 아이들이 매우 즐거워 했습니다.^^
1) Check-in : 30분정도 걸렸습니다. 호텔 시스템이 전반적으로 체계적이지 못한건지...전반적으로 너무 느렸습니다.
2) Room : 나쁘지는 않았으나, 냉장고를 열었을 때 약간 악취가 났습니다. 가족 4명이 Room 2개를 예약했는데, 동편과 서편으로 나뉘어져서 가족간 왕래가 불편했습니다. (단체 만실이라 추가 조정안됨)
3) 수영장 : 외부 수영장은 시설수준이나 관리 상태가 매우 양호했습니다.특히 모래사장도 있어서 상하이 근교해서 해안느낌을 가질 수 있는 부분은 상당한 강점으로 보입니다. 수영장이 매우 넓고 물깊이도 허리까지는 오기 때문에 성인이나 아이들이나 즐길 수 있습니다.
4) 조식 : 퀄리티 만족합니다. 호텔내 저녁뷔페는 가격이 좀 센데...단체 예약으로 만석이라 이용하지는 못했습니다.
5) 주변 편의 : 좀 remote 라...외부 배달 음식 많이 드시는 것 같습니다.
6) 재방문 의향 : 저는 상하이에 거주하기 때문에 Check-in 불편한 것등 일부 빼고는 재방문 의사는 있습니다.
外のプールが綺麗だった。数時間泳いでいた間、スタッフは丁寧に葉っぱなどを取り除き続け、パラソルも開いてくれ、監視もしっかりしてくれていた。PCを使ったゴルフのレッスンのコーチも丁寧に教えてくれた。
The hotel was very nice the issue I had the staff did not speak much English for a International hotel and they didn't seem to understand my Chinese.
