The room was dingy, but loved the pool and location.
Pros:

Convenient continental breakfast, small kitchenette in room, large room to spread out after a long drive, indoor pool, wood burning fire in lobby, close proximity to shopping, food, and parks.

Cons:

Key cards did not work on side doors to property, room smelled of men’s cologne, carpet had a bubble between the beds, beds were not neatly made, uncomfortable and pillows looked slept on.

Very nice property and the staff seemed eager to please, but when it came right down to it, they ignored me
Pros:

Was clean and it was beautiful and mostly comfortable

Cons:

They offered housekeeping, and when I asked them for clean towels every day and empty garbage every day, they didn’t do it unless I begged them to do it

Enjoyed food and staff, disappointed with cleanliness
Pros:

Staff was very helpful and kind. Especially Connie in the kitchen

Cons:

The room was cleanish but the linen were stained with what I could only imagine is urine which makes me believe the sheets were recycled from the last guest. We called for linen change but the house keepers were no longer on the premises so we had to change them ourselves. Just disappointing and gross

Pros:

The location is excellent, very quiet, easy freeway access. The facility is really nice, plenty of parking, clean accommodation with full size fridge and adequate kitchen. Good variety breakfast, nice setup in the breakfast/lounge area, basketball court, outside grill/picnic area. Overall we had a wonderful stay.

The room was cozy, spacious, with delicious breakfast.
Pros:

The room was very clean, there were plenty of necessary items such as towels, soap, etc. The size of the room was big enough for two adults and two children. The children had space to walk around. The breakfast in the morning was very delicious. The person tending to the breakfast food was very nice.

Cons:

It would have been beneficial to have a tv that could allow you to connect to apps such as netflix or youtube. It was not necessary, but it would have made the experience a little better.
