La ubicación es perfecta..!!
Las veces que voy a Norfolk me gustaba hospedarme en este lugar pero esta vez tuve una experiencia desagradable, la camarista toco mi puerta cuando tenía tarjeta de no molestar y después salí a ver que pasaba y me ofrecía toallas y amenidades de baño, le dije que no y se molestó el porque no le recibí la cosas, también el hotel esta vez estaba súper sucio, cuando uno toma el elevador estaba la basura a un lado con un olor desagradable
We were short on washcloths & handtowels, but housekeeping took care of it quickly.
The breakfast was adequate, waffles, eggs, sausage, juices & milk.
The tub stopper was broken, but I was able to pull it up and it still needs to be fixed.
the mirrors were not cleaned properly, they were smeery.
the hallway carpet had a musty smell
there was no top sheet on either bed, 2 pillow without cases & the blankets were scrartchy

The customer service the staff was really friendly and helpful
Breakfast was great and always on time . The dining room was clean and well stocked.
My wife and I were put in a handicap room it took a little getting used to we didn’t ask for that type of room .

The room was small, staff was rude and the room had bugs as well as the sheets having stains
Never got to stay in a hotel so I don’t know what the breakfast was like.
I didn’t like how when I asked for when I got there. They already gave my rooms away. Then I asked for a manager. She told me that there was no manager on duty in the facility. They wouldn’t help us find another rooms.
Great location ,near to airport ,small swimming pool but ok , good bed in King suite ,2 TVs.

Friendly staff, location was convenient, and clean.
For this stay, I didn’t care for the room assignment. The room that we stayed in ( we were on the 2nd floor and the room above us, every night there was bumping and running going on and I didn’t care for it.) Other than that the stay was pleasant.

The property was dirty in the hallways, stairwells, bathroom was dirty when you put the toilet seat down there was pee all behind it, was moved to another room, tv barely worked and the room carpet looked filthy. 👎🏽
The space itself was good
The bathroom had a leak under sink, the shower curtain had mold on it. The bed cover had yellow and pink stains on it. The mattress was too soft.
