Nothing
There were earwigs in our bed and there was a violent police arrest on our floor so was unsafe.
Location was ok
Tv didn't work told to call tech support, which didn't help. Building was old, doors did not close
DO AVOID. We requested a room where we could see the mountains when we awoke; we also asked if that side of the hotel was noisy (we'd heard a few mentions of that). We were told regarding noise--"it's not so bad". That should have tipped us off. We got the requested room and I had no sleep all night due to noise from the major highway outside our window. It was a miserable night. We'd had a long trip, sleep was vital, and affected my visit for the entirety. They gave us a new room, away from the highway but where the toilet didn't work. The employee who fixes such things said he did the best he could, but it wasn't 100%. He asked if we wanted to change rooms--we said we had just done that. Additionally, the hotel is scimpy on towels, there was no night light in the bathroom, no grab bars in the bathroom...it was less than pleasant for certain. Breakfast at least was good, but a bit costly compared to other hotels we've stayed in.
Well to start with there was no one there to check me in and there was a note to call a cell # and the phone was sitting on the desk how is that a convivence sat there for 20 mins before anyone showed up. then the tv in the room sucked couldnt change channels and no one at the desk to answer the phone
the blinds were broken. there was no coffee pot or even a breakfast like most hotels, And then someone decided to pee in the elevator and again no one in the office to tell about the mess
HH
the where I should opens
Low rate
Smoke smells
The price and area
The staff and how rude they were
they took fund from my account and didn't return them
I didn't like the staff there. Most of the equipment like TV's and other stuff didn't work.
The motel
Good location for what I was doing.
The 1st room they gave me smelled horrible and the tv didn't work. I asked for another room and it wasn't much better. The blinds were hung up side down and broke, so I couldn't close them, the toilet wouldn't flush half the time, the walls were so thin that I could hear every conversation the women next door were having, and they were having them at 2,3,4 in the morning. I just sucked it up after I switched rooms, but I won't stay there again.
Love the rooms are basically like studios for rent equipped with a stove and microwave and pretty much a mini kitchen! Only thing missing was the food haha but also love the fact that they are pretty much the ONLY motel that still accepts cash as a payment
The location is rather sketch but that would be it
Although I have never had a problem here in the past with the cleanliness of the room, this time was different. The room was musty and smelled of heavy cigarette smoke. There were pee stains on the bathroom floor near the toilet like they didn't bother to mop it . And the overall cleanliness was not visible
Bigger rooms
No Coffee available
The property was full of drug addicts who lived there full time. It was old and dirty, the hallways a smelled like cigarettes, my room had a horrible smell that i couldn't pinpoint. I was scared using the elevator and the stairs, the staff were extremely rude and no manager was available rhe entire weekend. I didn't even end up staying in my room it was so bad i left within the first hour.
No staff worked new years day so we got to stay an extra day
No staff and they claimed the confirmation number booking.com emailed me showed no record so I had to pay full price
