We had a wonderful time, the staff were so friendly and the pool access room was excellent. Great breakfast, great value

الستاف كلهم متعاونين و تعاملهم راقي جداً - الحوض حلو ينفع للكبار و الاطفال - مكان الفندق حلو ولكن يعتبر شوي بعيد عن شارع العرب

الفندق مافيه مصعد كل الطوابق تصعد لها بالدرج - الشقق فيها حمام واحد فقط و ضيق - الريوق بمكان خارجي غير مكيف ف بعض الايام يصادف الجو حار

Bon séjour, hôtel très bon rapport qualité/prix.
Pros:

Passé un très bon séjour, le personnel en particulier était absolument adorable. Sympa en hors saison car prix raisonnable pour l'hôtel. Emplacement à 5min de la plage, piscine super pour les enfants.

Cons:

Kid club un peu vieillot. Quand nous sommes arrivés (avec un bébé qui avait besoin de dormir) nous avons attendu plus d'une heure dans une chambre sans clim sans électricité, avec une très forte odeur, les techniciens ont essayé de réparer mais rien n'a marché, on nous a finalement changé de chambre. Ils auraient pu vérifier tout cela avant car nous étions fatigués, nous avions très chaud et notre bébé de 8 mois était mal. L'hôtel n'a pas fait de geste pour s'excuser.

Pros:

I stayed here with my 5-year-old son and received a free upgrade along with access to the kitchen. The pool is beautiful and available to use even in the evening. The breakfast is huge, delicious, and offers plenty of options- including lots of vegetables and fresh fruit for vegans and vegetarians. The staff is extremely nice, I was given many bottles of water daily, and the cotton blankets are wonderful for sleeping well. Other guests were polite, and the kids' area was extremely welcoming. The location is perfect: Kamala Beach is nice, Cafe Del Mar is right across the street, and the affordable night market is easy to visit. I have already stayed here 5 or 6 times and will definitely return!

Hôtel loin d’être un 5 étoiles comme indiqué les chambres sont très anciennes ainsi que la literie les peintures sont défraîchies les serviettes de douche, piscine et les peignoirs sont avec des taches et trous ET POUR LE MOMENT IL Y A UN HÔTEL EN CONSTRUCTION JUSTE EN FACE DES CHAMBRES AVEC DU BRUIT JOUR ET NUIT CE QUE L’HÔTEL NE DIT

Good value for money!
Pros:

The suites are very spacious & friendly event staff! The water slide was also fun but so fast!! 😂

Cons:

We had to get maintenance team in to fix the aircon as it was leaking, and also fix the toilet as it wouldn’t flush when we arrived. Would be good to have a 7/11 close to the hotel but no dramas!
