Disappointing and expensive - definitely not a 5 Star resort.
Pros:

We had a ground floor room which was great. The staff were mostly friendly.

Cons:

The room was not a 5 star room. The beds were old and very uncomfortable. The mattress in our room was saggy. It was like sleeping on a hill.
The bathroom was mouldy. The aircon had been leaking and the paint was all bubbled round the vents. The kitchen was scruffy and the cabinets didn’t fit properly.
This was a 2 star room at best.
The pool filter wasn’t working so the pool was cloudy.
There was a pool table however none of the cues had tips on.

Pros:

The two bedroom suite had plenty of room to accommodate our family of 5.
The kids were entertained at kids club and the extra activities put on like the pool foam party and movie night
Staff are so friendly. Big shoutout to Pha, Mai, Aom and Ji who made our stay memorable.

Cons:

Beds are firm and not comfortable. The kids club has no built in air conditioner. There is one plug in at the entrance but it gets very warm inside for the kids.
Bathroom shower is on an angle and collects water. Also an occasional smell from the drains.
Location is a tad inconvenient with young kids as you’ll need to take tuk tuks to the beach

The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable.
The atmosphere is relaxing and perfect for a vacation.

Leider für ein 5 Stern Hotel nichts.

Cons:

Schrecklich, Taxiservice hat bereits bei der Ankuft nicht gepasst. Im Bad wurde erst nach Aufforderung gereinigt. Duschbadetücher mit Löchern. Keine frischen Handtücher im Zimmer. Barpreise total überteuert. 3x reklamiert. Im Stiegenhaus lag 3Tage das vertrocknete Geschirr von anderen Zimmern Nach einer Beschwerde von uns wurde es endlich enfernt. Kinder essen im Pool Eis und alles tropft hinein . Schmutzige Liegen und Beitische, die nie gereinigt werden.Nie mehr wieder!

Schandfleck - nie wieder!

Das Hotel wird als 5-Sterne Hôtel präsentiert, leider erfüllt es nicht im Ansatz die Anforderungen. Es ist bestenfalls ein 3-Sterne Hotel und auch dafür nicht in der besten Verfassung. Vieles ist kaputt, in die Jahre gekommen, sowohl auf den Zimmern als auch im allgemeinen Bereich.
Dem Personal und dem Management sind die Probleme wohl seit Jahren bekannt, trotzdem wird nichts unternommen.
Nach dem Gespräch mit der Managerin konnten wir eine Teilerstattung bekommen, was die Empörung über das Hotel wenigstens etwas gemildert hat, aber ich würde das Hotel weder selbst je erneut buchen noch jemals jemanden empfehlen.

Relaxing oasi with great staff
Pros:

All the services are perfect for a family with children or teenagers with a lot of activities. Room on 1st floor (pool view) very spacious and comfortable. It was cleaned and serviced every day. Free water and coffee every day. A/C very efficient. Swimming pool spacious and clean. Gym well equipped.
International breakfast with vast variety of food.
The most remarkable thing was the staff, their kindness and approachability.

Cons:

Everything was perfect.
