Nos gustó todo, habitaciones muy grandes, todo muy limpio, de lo mejorcito en lo que he estado, el personal de recepción muy amable y en concreto Nina, estupenda profesional.
The suites are very spacious & friendly event staff! The water slide was also fun but so fast!! 😂
We had to get maintenance team in to fix the aircon as it was leaking, and also fix the toilet as it wouldn’t flush when we arrived. Would be good to have a 7/11 close to the hotel but no dramas!

Fantastic 4-Day Family Stay – Outstanding Service
We spent 4 wonderful days at the Radisson Resort & Suites Phuket, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The resort is peaceful, family-friendly, and boasts a great pool area that our child loved.
A special shout-out to Radisson team, whose exceptional hospitality and warmth truly made our stay unforgettable. Service like that makes all the difference—we can’t wait to come back!

Comer en el restaurante fue decepcionante. Éramos los únicos en el comedor y una tardanza de 1 hora para dos platos de pasta. También añadir que los seven eleven o supermercados estabas super lejos.

Aucun restaurants, centre commercile ni meme de 7 eleven a cote de l hotel. c'est vraiment un endroit paumé. le cafe coute 4.50 dans l'hotl et on est obligé de payer là.. plage super loin
We were well surprised with everything as some of the previous reviews are not so favorable. Our room was spacious and overlooking the pool. It had everything we needed including a kitchenette with a microwave and fridge. We requested a lower room which the staff were happy to accommodate but we decided to stay in the room on the 4th floor as the stairs were not too bad. The breakfast options were very good but a suggestion is to go early as it gets very busy!
The kids club is good with very friendly and attentive staff. Our 2 children (ages 5 and 6) loved the activities and were happy to stay there without us. The pool was so much fun especially with the slide. The most enjoyable part was the staff who were very attentive and went the extra mile for us, especially our children.
We would like to say a big thanks to the manager, Mr Oli, for going out of his way to make sure that we had a comfortable stay.
A very slight negative is the lack of air conditioning in the lobby.
