We loved our stay so much that we were genuinely sad to leave, and we can’t wait to return again.
Pros:

We have stayed at the Radisson Blu several times already, and that’s why we keep coming back. This time we were delighted to receive an upgrade to a beautiful three-bedroom suite (1101), and it made our stay even more special.

The location of the suite was perfect. It was at the end of the resort, so we could easily walk to the parking area without having to go through the entire hotel. The Kids’ Club and the swimming pool were also just a short walk away, which was incredibly convenient with a child.

We absolutely loved our stay and were genuinely sad when it was time to leave. The pool is large, beautiful, and especially wonderful for families with children. The Kids’ Club is fantastic, and the staff there are incredibly kind and caring.

The hospitality throughout the hotel was outstanding. The housekeeping staff were always friendly and thoughtful, and the bell boy named Ris ended the stay in a kind way.

We also appreciated having a kitchen with cooking utensils. This is something we don’t often experience in Thailand, where many hotels provide kitchens but don’t actually allow guests to cook. It made our stay more comfortable, especially as a family.

The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, so everyone can find something they enjoy. While it is not an ultra-luxury breakfast or hotel like at the Radisson in Milan, it offers excellent value for money and is more than satisfying.

Overall, we felt truly welcome throughout our stay. We slept wonderfully in our spacious three-bedroom suite, enjoyed every moment, and are already looking forward to coming back into the same appartement. Thank you to the entire Radisson Blu team for another good time.

Gorgeous hotel
Pros:

We loved our stay. We stayed off peak, end of June until mid-July. We hired a car. Plenty of parking. A car isn't needed as there are a lot of cheap taxis even for our party that ranged between 5 and 8 people. Breakfast was delicious. Amazing selection. Everything was fresh. Food and drink were expensive in the restaurant, as is to be expected in a hotel. We had a three bedroom apartment and it was huge. Kids loved the pool.

Cons:

The only thing we had a bit of an issue with was the wifi. You had to sign in all the time. It got a bit annoying. The hotel is close to the beach with is great, but was around a 20 minute walk to the town. It was fine for us, but others might find it far.

Zeer teleurstellend, niet verwacht van een Radisson waar we vaker over de wereld komen.
Pros:

Het zwembad.

Cons:

Onvoldoende bedjes bij het zwembad, te weinig handdoeken. Kapotte handdoeken.
Kamer onhygiënisch en veel zichtbare schade, airco die heel veel geluid maakte en schimmelgeur en ook zichtbaar op stoelen op bank vw hoge luchtvochtigheid. Dit zijn wij niet gewend van Radisson, prijs komt totaal NIET overeen met kwaliteit. We zijn naar een ander hotel gegaan, waar we 1/4 van de prijs betalen en 100x beter.

The pool is good, the staff are nice

Cons:

I have spent 6 nights, from day one am asking them to resolve wifi issue and they couldnt, its keep disconnecting every 15 min, the mobile signal is very week and i couldnt even use my data package.

I have an issue in living room AC, they didnt resolve it, the food on breakfast is very very basic and doesnt match with the hotel score and stars,
the building and rooms are very old, matresses very bad and not comfortable, floor is wooden and scratchehouse keeping coming very late,
Pool towels are not available,

I have reduced mybstay from 13 nights to 6 night because of the a above

Its an experience that i would never try again

Wonderful
Pros:

We booked a last minute 10 day trip to Phuket and stayed at Radisson. The staff were all wonderful, always smiling and helpful, the pool provided endless fun for the kids and the breakfast buffet was extensive with delicious fresh food and omelette on order. The cleaning staff were amazing too as were the fun entertainment staff with their foam parties in the pool 🤩 thank you so much for a holiday we will never forget.

Pros:

First of all have to say you get what you pay for and for $128aus a night i found this place great. for that price tag you get what you pay for .

Amazing breakfast and service. Availability of halal food was our trip’s highlight.
Pros:

We had a wonderful time at the resort. Although it was a low season but since there were many more visitors, it added to our improved experience. Parking was ample. Friendly and responsive staff. Halal food was the highlight of our trip. Rooms were well maintained and with all necessary amenities available. Our children enjoyed a lot.

Older style resort - reflected in price

An older style resort that is reflected in the price with spacious and clean rooms and fantastic pool area.

Although the meals are included under the luxury Escapes deal the menu is a limited version (see photos attached) and the meals sometimes take a long time to come and we were there when they were not busy. The included breakfast offered a wide variety and was good quality

Large pool area with swim up bar, a great relief to the hot humid days. Included a water slide that kids loved. Was relaxing to lie around on the loungers.

Beach is about a 10 minute walk from the resort, with food vendors on the beach and a few restruarants in the vacinity.

Had a couple of maintenance issues with the room that were dealt with quickly although a room change was required on one occasion. The staff so helpful in sorting any issues.

المدير قدم خدمه حين كنت اريد الدفع لها رفض وقال هي مجانيه هديه من الفندق وحين تم السؤال عنها انكر الفريق الموجود وكان شيء لم يكن
وينقصه الكثير من الإضائه الاضواء خافته جدا بالكاد ترى داخل الغرفه
و الاستخدام التلفاز في الغرفه الرئيسيه غير ذكي فقط في الصاله وغرفه الاطفال ذكيه

der große Smart TV im Wohnzimmer und der kleine im Schlafzimmer war ein Luxus. Das reichhaltige Frühstücksangebot, von indisch, europäisch bis thailändisch mit Sonderwünsche für die Zubereitung eines Omeletts.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage war sehr laut, hat gekühlt jedoch die Feuchtigkeit aus den Zimmern nicht entzogen. Alles im Zimmer war die ganze Zeit feucht. Das Sofa und alle Sitzgelegenheiten rochen nach Chlor, (wahrscheinlich saßen alle Poolnutzer ungetrocknet auf den Sofas) und sahen teils gesundheitsgefährdend aus. (Leichte Ansätze von Schimmel waren am Sofa erkennbar, speziell dort, wo man die Arme ablegen würde). Im Schlafzimmer war die Klimaanlage am Fußende verbaut, sodass alles immer ins Gesicht geblasen hatte, Erkältung vorprogrammiert!!! Im Bad gab es leider keine richtigen Dichtungen mehr, sodass nach jedem duschen mit einer Überschwemmung zu rechnen war. Abgefallene Fliesen wurden notdürftig mit einer Holzpanele zugeklebt. Es war mal ein 5-Sterne Resort, jedoch sollte man alle Erwartungen runterschrauben, dann ist die Enttäuschung nicht so hoch.
