We have stayed here before and thoroughly enjoy it.
We stayed at Radisson resort for 2 weeks with our 3 children (ages 8, 7 & 9 months) and couldn’t fault anything! We had the 3 bedroom apartment which was so spacious and great to have a kitchen too. Our children would say the best thing was the pool & water slide, the AMAZING staff at the kids club and the daily buffet breakfast. We had an amazing holiday and will definitely be back in the future 🇹🇭😊

The size of the two bedroom room was good. The pool was nice.
The kids club needs updating & also we had issues with broken glass on our balcony.
The apartment we book was a great size, the kids club & various activities kept the children happy, the pool was great.
The bed was very firm which wasn’t to my liking. The WiFi was occasionally slow & dropped out in our room.

Rooms are old and require some renovation.
The pool was nicely laid out and clean. The bed was comfortable and there was lots of storage space. The buffet breakfast was good, lots of variety but all the hot items were stone cold - no effort made to keep it warm. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The whole property was looking very tired. One of the bathroom taps did not work properly and no sink plugs. The kitchen had a couple of plates, glasses and mugs, some knives and forks and a pan. Would have been difficult to cook anything if you had kids.
The pool was not really supervised - people smoking while on the sunbeds and screaming kids/adults in the pool late into the evening.
The hotel itself was beautiful , amazing .,lovely breakfast and staff.
However the hotel is situated on a steep incline which my mum found pretty difficult to each reception then to our rooms
