Hotel Mont Fébé

Même si le cadre est très agréable, dans la verdure avec une très belle vue, ça reste un très vieil hôtel n'ayant jamais été rénové depuis les années 1970.
Porte de salle de bain qui ne se ferme pas, il manque des carreaux, la moquette date d'un autre âge. Même pas une théière ou une bouilloire en chambre, absolument rien de fourni. Hôtel à fuir!

Renovation is urgently required. No towels, you have to ask seemingly every day for towels. No idea why it is like that.
Prices are European, standard is very low, rices are not justified.
Breakfast is simple, price for this offer far too high.
Prostitutes at the bar in the evening who offer their services are accepted.

1. Service desk did not even know that we were coming.
2. The booking did not match the Room we got.
3. Book a queen size bed but got a Twin bed instead.
4. Property was dirty, sheets were not changed and full of stains.

Would not recommend to stay

Les installations sont vétustes et des rénovations majeures devraient sérieusement être envisagées pour mettre l’hôtel aux normes du jour. L’emplacement est excellent, mais l’intérieur de l’immeuble ne rend pas justice au site

Very old and run-down, facilities including showers are toilets are completely broken down. Inadequately lighting in the rooms. No amenities provided not even towels - you have to ask for one. The staff especially at the reception are rude and unfriendly. It's also very inconveniently located and there are no taxis. It is not value for money at all.

Feels like travelling back to the seventies. Loved it.

Needs renovation; especially the bathroom.

Teppichbodenim Zimmer hat während meines Aufenthaltes (10 Tage) keinen Staubsauger gesehen. .....

Very goods

This hotel has passed its glory days; everything was rusty and outdated- showers, pool, elevators… towels were dirty and there was only 1 towel everyday even we asked for two because of two person. Most of the staff was unfriendly and didn’t speak English. No free shuttle or gym as was promised in the internet page. Hotel never answered to the rmails.

Ce qui m a le plus plu c est la gentilesse des hotesses du petit dejeuner du matin et le cadre,la piscine etait magnifique.. ..

Comportement de certains employés surtout à la réception pas du tout professionnel. De plus les gens sont jugés par leur apparence et des à priori. La qualité de service sur différents aspects découle donc de ce jugement. Séjour que je dirai moyen dans l'ensemble. Beaucoup d'amélioration à effectuer en terme de qualité de service surtout pour un hôtel de ce standing (4 étoiles) avec sa réputation et son image

Ridiculous. I thought I booked an executive room. I got sent in a standard room. As if this was not enough, when I got in, I had no parking and I was asked to park a bit far from the gate. My booking was not confirmed and I had to wait for the lady to call and confirm the room type. At the end, I had a standard room with leaking taps, phone not working (had to go to the front desk to order room service) no chair for the main desk. Tired of this. Not sure if I'll book here again. Ridiculous.

Un habitué du mont Fébé! A part la literie qui n’est pas mauvaise, la chambre manque d’un rafraîchissement surtout la salle de bain. L’atout majeur de cet hôtel c’est la vue et la piscine. Je n’ai presque pas manger a l’hôtel car la carte est restreinte et en plus il n’y a pas toujours les disponibilités, de plus c’est très cher pour le Cameroun ( poisson braisé a 12000-15000cfa alors qu’en ville vous trouverez pour 2000cfa ) le buffet PDJ pareil cher pour ce que s’est. Le personnel est adorable a l’exception des réceptionnistes, si vous voulez un sourire de leurs parts il va falloir vous armer de patience. Pour conclure, c’est un bon hôtel pour juste dormir, profiter de la vue et de la piscine.

Lage ist sehr gut. Innen schlecht, stickig und schmudilig. Renovierung notwendig. Keine weitere Empfehlung.

Private location makes it a charm. Cozy. Rooms need modernization. Surprisingly found roaches.
