Alles in allem empfehlenswert
Pros:

Sehr nettes zuvorkommendes Personal. Tolle Pool Anlage. Zimmer hatte alles was wir brauchten. Es war sauber und ordentlich. Klimaanlage hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Man ist schnell an der Marina und der Rest der Altstadt ist nach einem kurzen Anstieg schnell erreicht.

Cons:

Das Bett an sich war bequem, aber die Kissen und Decken Situation war für uns Verbesserungswürdig. Eine große Decke für zwei Leute sind wir nicht gewohnt, haben uns aber arrangiert und war ok. Die Kissen waren sehr dick und fest und für uns nicht gemütlich. Leider gab es keine andere Kissen Sorte auf Nachfrage, da das die Standard Kissen seien.

Das Frühstück war nicht so unseres. Für Leute die eine Antipasti Auswahl mögen, wäre es bestimmt genau richtig. Die Backwaren waren aber sehr lecker. Ist halt alles Geschmackssache.

Perfect hotel for short stay with amazing breakfast and good location
Pros:

Excellent location, clean grounds and cozy atmosphere. Pool is perfect to cool down after walks.
Breakfast is excellent and staff is helpful. Ac worked without issues.

Cons:

Sometimes you can hear bar music but it wasn’t too loud. I imagine other places closer to the bars would have more noise issues.
The room we stayed at was probably the cheapest and overall good, but the bathroom was a bit dated.

Perfect Hotel for Kaleici stay
Pros:

This is a perfect hotel for a stay in Kaleici.
It has a decent sized pool, well equipped rooms, lovely staff and delicious breakfasts.
Very central but in a quiet area away from the noise.

Hôtel avec piscine très appréciable mais literie vraiment pas top dommage
Pros:

L’emplacement au calme , le petit déjeuner tres bien !
Le personnel de l’accueil et du parking sont très sympas et à votre écoute !

Cons:

La literie n’est pas très bonne c’est dommage car l’hôtel est dans une belle bâtisse !
Le ménage de la chambre était correct mais juste !

In merito alla risposta della struttura, riteniamo necessario precisare alcuni fatti.
Il cambio di camera è stato richiesto da noi, ma ci è stato risposto che non vi erano altre camere disponibili. Non corrisponde quindi a quanto accaduto l’affermazione secondo cui ci sarebbe stato proposto un cambio e saremmo stati noi a rifiutarlo.
La presenza di scarafaggi è stata segnalata durante il soggiorno a due membri del personale, è documentata dalle fotografie pubblicate e, come confermato dalla struttura stessa, ha determinato un intervento nella camera, consistente nell’applicazione di insetticida. Non si tratta quindi di un problema sollevato soltanto al termine del soggiorno.
Inoltre, già il 15 agosto, giorno del check-in e della prima segnalazione, avevamo contattato Booking.com richiedendo assistenza. Abbiamo completato il soggiorno mentre eravamo in attesa di tale assistenza. Non è pertanto corretto rappresentare la successiva richiesta come un’iniziativa intrapresa solo a soggiorno concluso e “in malafede”.
Infine, aver comunicato di possedere fotografie a documentazione di quanto segnalato — peraltro già pubblicate nella recensione — non costituisce una minaccia.
Abbiamo semplicemente riportato e documentato la nostra esperienza. Riteniamo quindi inappropriato che una recensione negativa venga trasformata in un’accusa personale di “malafede”.

Esperienza purtroppo molto deludente, soprattutto considerando che si tratta di un hotel a 4 stelle.
Abbiamo trovato scarafaggi nel bagno della nostra camera e, viste le scarse condizioni igieniche, abbiamo chiesto di poter cambiare stanza. La nostra richiesta non è stata accolta: ci è stata invece proposta una “pulizia approfondita”, che si è limitata all’intervento di un addetto che ha spruzzato dell’insetticida in bagno (la cui ventola di aspirazione non funzionava, con il risultato che siamo rimasti esposti all’odore e ai vapori del pro

El baño necesita un repaso, está muy anticuado y algo dejado. En la habitación triple la cama en un sillón-butaca enano e incomodísimo. El desayuno regular.

Un personnel charmant de l accueil , au personnel de piscine , de chambre et aussi une vrai gentillesse du chauffeur des voitures électriques !
L emplacement est top et l hôtel très propre

Cons:

Le bar de l hôtel ferme en même temps que la piscine , c est dommage car on n a pas toujours envie de passer la soirée dehors ...
Et aussi , manque d eau en bouteille dans les chambres , on y était pendant la période de forte chaleur , plus de 40° et 2 petites bouteilles de 33cl, c est peu ...

Pros:

Excellent hotel. Location is perfect. Great view of the harbor. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. There was an unfortunate mishap with payment during checkout that required me to return to the hotel after I'd checked out to fix, but they covered a taxicab to the airport to make up for the inconvenience and messaged me to ensure I arrived on time.

Cons:

Do not get the "face and head" massage at their in house spa. I'm not sure if it was just the guy I had, but it was just rubbing lotion on my face and moving back and forth from my face to my hair. I was so distracted by it, it was not enjoyable.

Breakfast had very good variety. The location of the hotel was excellent in the old town and within walking distance to markets and a variety of great restaurants. There are also historic places to visit a short distance away.
