It was OK.

All was well except hot tub

Everything was clean and the room was nice.

Cons:

I was very upset to see the hot tub was down. I specifically searched for hotels that offered hot tub/jacuzzi as we drove a long way and were looking forward to relaxing.

Disappointed unfortunately and will try elsewhere next visit
Pros:

Have stayed many times and always loved it was of the great location and amenities.

Cons:

This time surprisingly the staff were not overly pleasant on multiple shifts. The food was not cooked well(potatoes)and not filled on multiple mornings. Rooms and facility really showing its age with no improvements given a continued higher price point. Hot tubs out of use all weekend.

Pros:

I try to stay here as much as possible as it is in a great location. Decently priced and the rooms are great.
Staff is easy to get along with. Will definitely stay here again!

Good stay, hotel is very close to UND, shopping, and restaurants.
Pros:

The young man at the front desk, an aviation student at UND, was very friendly and professional, coming in he explained everything very well and let me know if we needed anything to let him know. I love good customer service! Breakfast was also good, very well maintained. The staff is just good all around

Very disappointing that not just ONE hottub was down but the SECOND one as well. They also have been down since October because supposedly the owner has been gone for two months. Doesnt show an ownership or care for the hotel. So

Pros:

It was good price, quiet, nice room

Cons:

I just didn’t think the bed was comfortable at all. Had to stay 3 days and my back was really sore by the end. Also, the tv in the room was way undersized for the space. I’m guessing it was only a 32” and I had a double queen room.

This is usually my choice when traveling to GF because its always clean and the rooms are nice.

Cons:

The staff that checked us in was rude. Both hottest were down and that would have made or broke my online booking choice if I would have known. I know it happens but many guests were disappointed including me.

It was an okay stay,
Pros:

I like the location and free breakfast. It’s always clean and we like the pool.

Cons:

We could not get a happy medium when it came to the heat in the room. There was a really cold draft coming in through the heaters and which made the heater keep kicking on very frequently all night which caused it to be very dry in the room. We had a two bedroom and one room was super cold while the other was really hott. Made for an uncomfortable night of sleep.
