Returning to an old familiar place.
Pros:

My stay was great as always. Good to see a few familiar faces.

Cons:

What I didn't like: Hmmm, while I'm glad it's a non smoking hotel, somokers step right outside the doors where others are forced to walk thru it, and ends up with a lot of cigarette butts all over. Should be a designated smoking area away from the doors and a disposal. As someone who suffers from Chronic Asthma and allergies, I just don't want to walk thru that. Otherwise, my stay was great!

Cons:

There were roaches in the kitchen and when we tired lights on at night we found roaches in the microwave on our food too

The lady at the reception desk was nice.

Cons:

I was in my room for not even 15 minutes and saw three roach nymphs. Underneath the sink was not clean either.

Pros:

The hotel's location worked perfectly for my needs. The parking lot had ample lighting, making it feel safe.

Cons:

The room seemed very run-down, and it seems like the maintenance team either has more work than they can handle. Or management doesn't bother to spend money to fix issues within guest rooms.
