Pros:

The lady at the front desk was great. She was very professional and very sweet!! We ask about Restaurants in the area that was good Italian food. She told us about Carrabas. The food and service was great. Did not disappoint. Also she told our Grandkids there would be chocolate chip cookies waiting when we got back. Loved her!!

our room was excellent and nice it was on the first floor. Very comfortable and convenient for us. Will request the same room agsin

Cons:

Our reservation was for a king bed with a pull out sofa, when we arrived the desk clerk said they did not have any rooms like we had reserved. She then offered a room with 2 beds but would be an extra charge of $50, then she said she had one room with a bed and pull out bed. The pull out bed was so nasty and dirty it wasn't fit to be slept on, and the sofa was so small it was uncomfortable to sleep on, overall a poor experience. The breakfast was terrible as well. Would not stay her again.

Extremely comfortable and relaxing stay!
Pros:

Clean and odor free room. Comfy and clean pillows! Mattress is soft and relaxing!

Cons:

My bathroom had no bath tissue holder.

Pros:

The front desk rep was very nice and apologetic.

Cons:

Elevator not working..had to walk up 3 flights of stairs with luggage...no discount due to inconvenience. I'm and older lady over 60 years old..it was very difficult. Too late in the evening to find another hotel.

Very poor quality rooms and overall was just pathetic
Pros:

The property itself was okay. And the location was great

Cons:

The pullout bed that my mother in law had to sleep on had blood all over it like someone had been killed on that bed and after asking if they had another mattress they could not provide us with one. And yes I do have pics of the bed

Convenient location, spacious room, friendly staff, coffee available at 5:30 a.m.!

Cons:

Minor things that were not deal breakers: 1) no ice bucket! 2) hair dryer detached from wall but locked into loose wall attachment, so hair drying was a challenge
