Pros:

I liked the location and my family enjoyed the in door pool. Staff was polite and obliging.

Cons:

The place is in desperate need of a remodel. The furniture is worn and mismatched. It looks like someone's 1st apartment. The TV's did not work properly. You had to sign in every time you wanted to use it. In my opinion it was definitely over priced.

Pros:

Location to campus was good. Staff were nice. Bed comfy.

Cons:

The ac unit is in the bedroom and blew directly on me at night. Temp was hard to regulate so I had to either be really cold or too warm. The bed had a top sheet and thin blanket which seemed pretty chintzy. I had to call the front desk and the phone receiver was dirty. I things could’ve been just a little cleaner.

Over all the stay was excellent! I would stay again next time we travel to GA
Pros:

I liked the space and the way the property manager made sure to help us in our time of need. We brought our toddler with us and every thing was accommodating for him.

Cons:

When it was time to check on the elevator was not working and we were on the second floor. A lot of luggage and a TODDLER!

Good location about 2 miles from downtown Athens. Rooms in the hotel itself flew outdated. But very clean big room, good
Pros:

Let us check-in early! Staff very friendly, let us also check-out late. Huge pluses!
Love the large center courtyard that gives the hotel an open feeling.
Rooms were large and clean. Extra couch bed. Nice to have big frig and a microwave. Bedding was cozy and good mattress.

Cons:

Little outdated. Rooms could use renovation. Fri nights are very expensive to stay…

The hotel.entrance way was very nice.

Cons:

The hotel was in a bad area. Lots of homeless all around. The parking lot was not the cleaniest. Staff was ok not rude but not friendly either. Our room key was a pain to get doornunlocked. Then the door stuck so you had to push hard. Woke up to the sound of water running. Toilet would not shut off. Saw ants in bath room. Door frames really rusted and grout had mold.

I wasted $340 in this crappy hotel and I’m never going back.

Ants in 1 room, hair found in another room in the bed, I was given a dirty room, elevator didn’t work half the time, the room door doesn’t close behind you, no maintenance when needed, Sam the front desk lady was beyond rude. She ignored me and told me there was nothing she could do about the dirty rooms because she’s not housekeeping. She told me I could leave if I didn’t like it. I was the only Black person in a sea of white faces and I certainly felt the difference in treatment. WORST hotel experience in my life.
