I was pleasantly surprised and will stay at this location the next time I visit in Barcelona.
Pros:

The hotel staff was very friendly, especially for the restaurant staff and I like to give kudos to Alex, the manager of the restaurant, Juan Carlos (Colombian) and the bartender, Alfredo (Cuban), was very helpful and informative about their experiences of living Barcelona.

Cons:

There was nothing I didn't particularly dislike. It is an industrial area, however it's not far from the airport, malls, and city center. I was very surprised at how multicultural Barcelona was. I met many people from Central, South, and the latin Caribbean countries who were working up there abroad.

Cons:

1 coffee sachet in room a carton of tepid water not even placed in the fridge no milk just what you want after traveling all day oh and a eye roll from the receptionist for asking for milk a breakfast box ordered I'm still waiting for that maybe tomorrow ??? Along with the early morning call. i do look forward to visiting your hotel soon.

Pros:

The breakfast buffet was amazing!! Loved the churros and chocolate fountain!! The free shuttle to and from the airport was terrific.

Cons:

More instructions on how to find the airport shuttle. From the airport to the hotel. Maybe a photo also?

Ok stay, overpriced and wrong rating for breakfast it was ok not fabulous

Outside garden area made the hotel.

Cons:

Disappointed size of room as I’d paid for executive room with free shuttle service. I felt for the price of €200 for the night had €50 return built in which would have been the taxi cost. Reception staff rude and unhelpful when we asked for coffee in the room. There were no sachets.

Excellent stay other than the room assignment.
Pros:

The location is excellent with all types of restaurants, entertainment and shopping in walking distance.

Cons:

The room was as pictured but unfortunately it was pointed directly at a wall approximately 10 feet away. Not a great view. It seems all the hotels on booking.com give the worst rooms to anyone booking through them. We literally walked all the way through the hotel and empty rooms to this corner wall room.

Pros:

Nothing, because they told me that I can’t stay at 00:30 at night and moved me to another hotel without shuttle options or breakfast

Cons:

Nothing, because they told me that I can’t stay at 00:30 at night and moved me to another hotel without shuttle options or breakfast. I had a flight at 06:55 and didn’t have any sleep because of this situation and bad hotel conditions
