Най-много ми хареса факта, че всичко изглеждаше така, както го рекламирате! Закуската е фантастична, разнообразието е огромно! Чисто, уютно, обслужване на ниво.

Cons:

Единственото нещо, което малко ме притесни е, че когато звънях на регистратура от летището, за да попитам кога е следващият шатъл, никой не ми вдигна, а на сайта ви пише, че ако имаме въпроси да звъннем по телефона. После, когато пристигнах, видях, че посрещаха голяма група.

Casi perfecta la estancia
Pros:

La habitación es moderna, insonorizada, con mini nevera y cama muy grande con colchón cómodo. Tiene cafetera de cápsulas con todo lo necesario para tomar un café en la habitación. La ducha es amplia y está separada del inodoro. Tienen Spa (mucho mejor de lo que esperaba) y gimnasio con acceso desde el hotel. En mi habitación había albornoz y zapatillas que es muy de agradecer. Tienen bus de cortesía desde/al aeropuerto con muchos horarios disponibles. Me dieron picnic para el desayuno porque mi vuelo salía muy temprano (antes de iniciar el desayuno). En general me gustó mucho.

Cons:

No tienen mantas extras opcionales en la habitación por si te hace falta por la noche (las eché en falta porque necesito peso sobre el cuerpo para dormir). Las almohadas muy duras y no me permitieron descansar bien. Un lado de la cama hacía ruido al moverme y tuve que cambiar al otro lado para que no me molestara. Y noté en falta un panfleto con los números de teléfono o extensiones para llamar a recepción o al spa (tuve que buscar en internet para poder contactar con el spa y como no me cogieron tuve que ir personalmente para consultar disponibilidad).
