Pets up to 12 KG are allowed, only 1 pet per room, potentially dangerous dogs are not allowed, pets must be registered in the RIAC, the owner of the pet must be the owner or companion of the reservation, a health card will be requested to verify the rabies vaccination and proof of liability insurance, a supplement of 20€ per night will be applied for room cleaning and a deposit of 150€ must be left at the entrance of the hotel. The owner is responsible for any damage caused by their pets, either to third parties or to the hotel furnishings. Hotel Betania reserves the right to refuse admission to pets that cause a nuisance to other guests or behave inappropriately during their stay, without the right to a refund during their stay.

Blinds didn’t work in room so was in darkness all the time . Pool wasn’t as website . Breakfast leaves a lot to be desired

I got there at 1:40 in the morning as I always do when I stay there but this time there was nobody there. The hotel was all closed up there was no phone number to call so I had to go and find somewhere else to stay for the night at a cost of £122. I went to the hotel and checked In Saturday morning they didn't seem bothered they tried to tell me there was a phone number beside the gate they looked and said oh it must of got washed of by the rain

Je suis arrivé à bicyclette, l'hotel n'acceptent pas les bicyclettes et ayant fait ma réservation à l'avance ils ont refusé d'annuler ma réservation.( un hôtel qui refuse les vélos c'est plutôt rare.)
