Pets up to 12 KG are allowed, only 1 pet per room, potentially dangerous dogs are not allowed, pets must be registered in the RIAC, the owner of the pet must be the owner or companion of the reservation, a health card will be requested to verify the rabies vaccination and proof of liability insurance, a supplement of 20€ per night will be applied for room cleaning and a deposit of 150€ must be left at the entrance of the hotel. The owner is responsible for any damage caused by their pets, either to third parties or to the hotel furnishings. Hotel Betania reserves the right to refuse admission to pets that cause a nuisance to other guests or behave inappropriately during their stay, without the right to a refund during their stay.
It is not possible to book more than 4 rooms per reservation.

Did not have breakfast
I requested a room with a balcony was given a small box room with no view eventually this was changed and I was given a room on 4th floor this spoilt my stay
Las vistas y la piscina , la limpieza estaba todo muy limpio las limpiadoras estaban casi todo el día en todas las estancias
La mujer que está en recepción vimos como trataba a unos ingleses fatal y no se entendía y luego lo tuvo que ayudar otro cliente que estaba allí , no supo solucionar ciertas cosas de la estancia y no le podías decir nada sin que saltará atacandote , y no solo eso ver cómo le llamaban clientes extranjeros y directamente gritarles y colgar les y hacerles comentarios ofensivos y discriminatorios , en cambio los dos chicos perfecto unos amores me resolvieron todo rapidísimo y muy educados

Hotel viejo y calidad-precio muy caro. La cama muy blanda y no se duerme bien. Para aparcar cerca es complicado . Mucha iluminación en la habitación y las cortinas no tapan todo
