Hôtel confortable, bien équipé, avec bureau spacieux, bonnes attentions (oreillers, Nespresso)
Pros:

Chambre confortable avec un lit agréable et plusieurs types d’oreillers, très apprécié. Le bureau est de bonne dimension et permet de travailler confortablement. Salle de bain très bien, mais les joints autour du bain devraient être refaits. La machine Nespresso est une excellente attention.

Petit gym bien équipé. Belle piscine extérieure chauffée (non essayée). Deux bornes de recharge pour véhicules électriques, souvent occupées — en ajouter d’autres serait un plus. Ascenseurs spacieux mais un peu lents.

Déjeuner continental correct, avec des ingrédients de qualité.

Worst customer service ever
Pros:

Well here in Quebec, a sofa bed is considered as a queen bed and a courtesy call is a no call at all. So Im here at a hotel with four adults and the managers is telling me that I have made my booking wrong. Not even willing to speak with me, just hid in her office and what I say is what I say. I feel like customer service here really need a review of how to treat clients better. I never ever received a call from them and now we are stuck with a queen size sofa because the manager said so. Very very poor management!!!! This is the second time a Sheraton had screwed us off. Will never recommend any Four Sheraton hotel to no one. Over price way iver price. Not even a mini fridge or a microwave!!!! Not a satisfied customer at all!!! Hey Im not even a customer to the wonderful management here. Wow just wow!!! Now i know how to not service customer. And Ive been in customer service for most of my life, 20 year of experience and I would of never ever answered one of an unsatisfied customer to way I was served tonight. Wow big flat zero for customer service!!!

The pool , breakfast was over priced. I had me and my 3 kids under 10 is it cost me over 50 for muffins, fruitloop cereal. They had a waiter who literally did nothing other than tell me where to sit and then bring me my bill. And still asked for a tip . Brutal

terrible, frustrated and worst experience ever
Pros:

nothing, they did not even allocate the proper room as explained on the booking .com and staff mentioned not use booking.com in future. as they have wrong information

Cons:

whole experience was terrible, we did not even had a proper bed to sleep. they did not provide what we paid for
