This is a delightful little hotel!
Pros:

The friendly staff and the wonderful breakfast. The clean rooms.

Cons:

The beds kind of sunk in the middle and weren't super comfortable

Hyanish cape Cod on s est ennuyé !
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner était copieux et varié ( pas de gauffre mais des pancakes) ...et de qualité.

Personnel a l écoute bon check in

Des restaurants aux alentours et des mini golf a proximité et vendeur de glaces

Cons:

Pas de télécommande et la TV ne fonctionnait pas. Plus d une heure pour le constater et nous changer la TV

La piscine intérieure n' était pas chaude comme annonce. Des cheveux en abondance dans l eau

Salle de bain petite.

Pas vu de plages aux alentours

Hyanish la plus grande ville a côté très calme et pas animé

Possibilité de faire des croisières attention parking payants, sinon gratuits dans la ville

An outstanding value for your money...Great spot!
Pros:

So clean. Staff gracious, friendly and very hard working. Everyone was so quick to answer a question or help open a door. Maid service was outstanding.

Cons:

Only thing- no maid request sign in the room and the ice machine could be a little more convenient. But those are the only negatives I could say.

Cape Cod is a nice place to visit
Pros:

It in a nice location with plenty of family things to do and lots of places to get food. Its only 5 miles to Seagull beach

Cons:

It was hard to find bottled water at a good price so if you drink water, bring lots of it.

great spot I return frequently through the years
Pros:

This is my 3rd time returning to Sunbird now a new name. Since the name change alot has changed updates on the grounds are very nice. I never make it for the breakfast but one day I will make it. I have used the inside pool never the outside as of yet, but it is well maintained

Cons:

I asked that no one come into the room. First night someone came in and made bed not a biggie for me, but my spouse did not like it. Next day we asked that no one come into the room again and they did but this time they retrieved the towels but did not put any back in return and they changed out the trash.

My stay was good
Pros:

Property was ok quite close to different places.

Cons:

Breakfast was blend and too small. I see people struggling for eggs. My son and I got sick from breakfast so we didn’t didn’t go there the next morning.
