The staff were nice . But then stay wasn’t comfortable at all . They didn’t put out enough towels and when asked for more they always said they didn’t have any more . It was hot n the rooms the air wouldn’t go below 71 degrees , the sheets were dingy and the pool closes too early . They originally said the pool closed at 8pm but the guy tried to close it at 7pm but we explained to him that we had just got in from playing in a baseball tournament and he said ok he will close it at 8. And the breakfast was horrible .

Cons:

The internet was down, so no TV or internet. Only had 1 coffee pod and 1 decaf in the room, for 2 people. Went to the breakfast area to get coffee and the machine wouldn't work. The from desk lady tried but she couldn't get it either.

The staff, the smell, the highway convenience.

Cons:

The air unit sounded like someone beating a drum, so you can't sleep well. The TV had to be reprogrammed every time you turned it on to work. The fact I couldn't get a printed check in or our receipt was the worst thing.

Pros:

The gentleman that checked us in was nice. He even went to the kitchen to get us ice since the machine was broke.

Cons:

Public bathrooms were locked, no vending at all, workout room is closed. Breakfast was not appealing and the orange juice was mostly clear.
