Breakfast is available at the property for all guests, served in either the breakfast lounge, guest bedrooms or the terrace; between 08:00-10:30.
Should you wish to cancel your reservation please ensure that you inform the hotel, at least 5 days prior to your check-in date; in order to receive a full refund. If your booking is canceled within the 5 day window, a one night charge is applied. Additionally, should you wish to shorten your stay, once checked-in, a charge of the following night's stay will be applied.
In the event of a shortened stay after check-in, a charge equivalent to one night's rate will apply. This fee is nonrefundable and will be assessed regardless of the remaining duration of the original reservation.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Wanted a shower at lunch time but the water was cold there was no coffee pods for the coffee machine when asked for more milk was told they would bring to the room but never I would not say it 5*

Surprisingly small bar area and small lounge. Piano player was good but too loud for a small room.
Our room had a plug missing in the sink and also found toothpaste on the bathroom mirror. So a bit lacking in detailed cleaning. Room was basic but ok.
Super friendly staff, excellent room and location. Breakfast was great! Also, very pet friendly.
