Location was good.

Cons:

This hotel does not look like 4 Star hotel. The carpet is extremely worn out, torn, and dirty. The overall sense is for old non renovated hotel.

Atención a la moqueta
Cons:

El aspecto de la moqueta. La primera impresión fue el de una alfombra de las utilizadas durante obras y reformas para no dañar/manchar el suelo, pero no… era la moqueta con muchas manchas. Sensación nada agradable.

Estuve en este hotel hace diez años prometiéndome que no volvería de lo mal que me fue (entonces no pude dormir por mala climatización y por el ruido de la calle. Pero dentro de lo caro que está Palma, no he tenido más remedio que quedarme de nuevo. Y no ha cambiado.

El hotel está viejuno y le falta mantenimiento. La ducha cuesta regularla un montón y apenas tiene presión. El colchón hace años que debía haberse cambiado. Está blando y se le notan los "huevos". Me despertaba con dolor de cuello de lo incómodo que es. Y el personal correcto sin más. Antes de la reserva insistí muchísimo en que quería una habitación en interior en piso alto y al llegar me tenían preparada una exterior en primera planta, que me comiera como hace diez años el ruido del tráfico de las avenidas. Para qué mirar las peticiones de los huéspedes.

Y caro. Muy caro. Por mucho que toda la hostelería de Palma esté así, este hotel no vale ni mucho menos los 335 eurazos por las dos noches que estuvimos. Me sorprende que Meliá quiera asociar su marca a un sitio tan cutre.
