A great experience at this Hilton Garden Inn!
Pros:

John at the bar was very friendly, responsive and accommodating - he did a fantastic job! The homeless very clean and well kept - I recommend this hotel to all travelers!

John serves the best drinks 👌
Pros:

I’ve been coming here for a while, and John has always been there. He makes the best drinks and consistently provides outstanding service. I’ve even had colleagues who weren’t staying at the hotel stop by for a drink because of how much I trusted the positive experience John creates here.

Pros:

Great service. Sergio and John went above and beyond! Does John ever stop working? Rooms were attended to everyday. First hotel stay since Covid that I have had a freshly cleaned room daily. First stay at this location and will be my hotel of choice when visiting Schaumburg, IL.

I'd go again but not with children.
Pros:

The hotel was clean and the atmosphere was very welcoming and pleasant.

Cons:

The pool was very basic and small and they did not have a hot tub, yet the sign reads : Pool and Spa! The breakfast was $13 per person and its the same a the usual complimentary breakfast.

Although I was disappointed on food service on two occasions, it was great on the other times.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, but on one day no one came to my table, so I left and had breakfast somewhere else.
