The hotel served its purpose for what it was for
Pros:

It was a little pain in the butt, because one of the elevators was down a lot of wait time to get to and from your room

Cons:

Parking was at a minimum

Pros:

It's inexcusable to know there is a large music festival going happening right across from the hotel parking lot, and not advise your guests of that when they check in. I would have gone elsewhere, and I expect many other hotel guests would have done the same thing. The music is so loud I turned the TV in my room off because I couldn't hear it.

It's now 10:00 pm, I have to get up at 4:00 am, and there's no chance I'll get to sleep until whenever the festival is over later tonight.

The hotel itself is fine, but you can't overlook this.

It was very convenient.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable, and the hotel was located close to our venue.

Cons:

The room was dark. More lighting was needed…in the room and bathroom. I could not determine if I was applying my makeup evenly.

Just an ordinary motel .
Pros:

Breakfast and the friendliness of most staffs

Cons:

During my five - night stay , I requested full room service once . However , they only tidied up and replenished the towels and trash bags without even changing the bed sheets .

Great location, hotel, and staff.
Pros:

Hotel is in a great location. Close to shopping and dining areas. Very clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff was very friendly and professional.

Cons:

The shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor. Maybe the seal on the shower door needs to be replaced?

Our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Schaumburg was a great experience. Friendly and attentive staff (shout out to kitchen staffers Miriam, Sergio, and cook Francisco!), clean rooms with everything in working order. Mini fridge to keep the water and leftovers cool, and a ton of great restaurant options nearby- or just eat at the hotel; their food was fantastic.

Will be staying again for sure!

Highly recommend
Pros:

A dinner down in the restaurant every night and there was a waiter by the name of John, who was just great customer service very attentiveso much so that the next night that I went down, he remembered that I drank unsweet tea and had it waiting on me when I there highly highly recommend this place
