It was a comfortable bed & clean shower which is what we needed.

The staff is always courteous and helpful.

Cons:

The fragrance in the entry way & lobby is VERY STRONG and overpowering. Also it was humid in the room and almost smelled as if the carpet hadn’t dried after a cleaning. Also the coffee maker had dust inside so we were not able to use it.

The location was excellent. Rooms are a great size and were clean.

Cons:

I was told I could check in early as I requested in advance but when I arrived the rooms were not ready. After 2hrs the rooms were finally ready but the refrigerator in one room didn't work neither did the ice maker on my floor.

Never again I love the location

It is located near all the stores

Cons:

It had a bad smell moved rooms twice and it smells like mildew. Then when I noticed during check out I left my mom and I coats and they disappeared. All of a sudden days later then find them and mailed it. No manger called to apologize the staff was very helpful. I would never stay here again.
