I wouldn’t stay at this place and don’t recommend to nobody
Cons:

No breakfast in this hotel you have to pay for for your breakfast they didn’t clean my room stayed for two days they didn’t say nothing about thier cleaning policy to me that’s stupid

As always, we were very satisfied with our stay.
Pros:

Good location. Facility met all of our needs for a facility that was convenient for our travel to the medical center. Very courteous staff.

Totally satisfied with our location, the comfortable room, and the convenient distance from our medical services at the Medical Center in Houston.

I think it was convenient for my family and friends to visit, as well as the availabilit of eateries
Pros:

I wasn’t impressed with the lack of cleanliness the bathroom bathroom. There were hair and trackings over he floor. I do no hav straight hair, I’m a natural tight coils hair person. I think things such as this should be more attentive.

I like the mattresses were comfy and there are no bed bugs.

It could have been an excellent stay if we were accommodated after I brought an issue to light.

Cons:

There was no running hot water. I called the lobby to notify them of this issues and was told to let it run for ten minutes and it will get hot. Well after 20 min of running water was still very cold
