Best location for touring Naples
Pros:

The location is perfect for exploring the old quarter of Naples, approximately 2 km from the central train station. Located between two Metro stations each about a 5 minutes’ walk. We booked a junior suite with a comfortable king-sized bed, sitting area with desk. The bathroom is generous with double sinks, a bidet and a large walk-in shower. Excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water.
Although the room faced a busy street the double windows blocked the noise sufficiently so a good night’s sleep was possible. Breakfast is fairly basic, meats and cheeses, hard boiled eggs, fresh orange juice served on a rooftop location from 0700-0900h. As with all Italian billets plenty of excellent coffee.
Helpful and knowledgeable staff, with good recommendations for local sites and restaurants. Some good choices nearby within a 10 min walk or less. A day trip to Pompei is a must, avoid the tours take the metro to the train for 3 Euros.
The hotel has an elevator, a true competitor with Helmhaus Hotel in Zurich for the world’s “Smallest Elevator” but it gets the job done. However, a note to the mobility challenged, there is a steep set of stairs from reception to the elevator and the access to the rooftop breakfast room is another set of steep stairs. The hotel will accommodate with breakfast in the room and apparently there is a seated stair climber to get you to the elevator.

Cons:

A downside is the need to re-sign in to the internet after even a brief interlude. Not clear how long before it automatically cuts you off. One day the system was "down for approximately an hour. Not a deal breaker, but an annoyance. Had to restart it 4-5 times in a 24-hr. period. However, when up and working no problems. Not sure about the details but electrical outlets used to charge our devices took an inordinate amount of time to reach capacity.

Πολύ ευγενικοί και πρόθυμοι οι υπάλληλοι, όλοι ανεξαιρέτως, ειδικά εξυπηρετηθήκαμε εξαιρετικά από τον Fabbio που μας παρείχε ό,τι πληροφορίες του ζητήσαμε για τη μετακίνησή μας. Πολύ εξυπηρετικό το σημείο του ξενοδοχείου, κοντά σε συγκοινωνίες αλλά και πολύ βολικό για μετακινήσεις με τα πόδια.

Hotel parfait pour un séjour court (4jours)
Pros:

Hotel charmant avec déco des années 60 et terrasse sympa pour prendre le petit déjeuner
Très bien situé et pas trop loin des quartiers à restos car en revanche pas grand chose autour de l'hotel pour diner
Pesrsonnel d'accueil à la réception vraiment très courtois et très aidant dans nos recherches mention spèciale à Fabio pour sa gentillesse

Cons:

Un bruit découlement d'eau et de tuyauterie bruyant toute la nuit...peut être provenant de la clim?.. très désagréable (signalé à la réception)
Chambres petites (18m2 vraiment?...)
Salle de bains à revoir...joints douche noirs, douche trop étroite, papiers peint décollé sous le lavabo et surtout pas une seule étagère pour poser les affaires de toilette

Comodo e accogliente.
Pros:

La posizione è ottima per tutto (stazione, centro storico, porto). La struttura è accogliente, così come il personale (Michele, Cinzia e Fabio) che ci hanno fatto sentire comodi come a casa nostra. La colazione in terrazza un plus! Sicuramente una buona base di appoggio per futuri viaggi a Napoli!

Excellent séjour dans une ville où il y a beaucoup à découvrir.
Pros:

Tous les aspects du séjour ont été positifs. Le personnel a été très prévenant. L'hôtel est décoré avec goût. La chambre (économique) comportait tous les équipements nécessaires et un magnifique balcon. Une bouilloire aurait cependant été la bienvenue. L'hôtel est extrêmement bien situé à la jonction entre le vieux Naples et les quartiers sud et dans un envirdonnement parfait. La salle du petit déjeuner est fort agréable.
