Bon séjour malgré tout à Naples
Pros:

Petit déjeuner moyen pas tres frais, bon emplacement nous avons pu découvrir Naples facilement à pied depuis l’hôtel

Cons:

Établissement vieillissant, propreté moyenne surtout au niveau de la douche qui plus est sanitaire et douche très exiguës ..le personnel a l’écoute et bienveillant

Pros:

The gentleman (Fabio) at the receptionist desk was the BEST. Fabio was very friendly and helpful with any questions. Breakfast is Napoli traditional (Good) and the breakfast terrace was nice. The room was a little small, BUT very functional and plenty of storage space for luggage. The terrace was awesome. The location was perfect. Walking distance to the historic sites (so much to see) and to the Piazza Municipio. So many Great places to eat within a 1 to 10 minute walk. We will stay here when we return to my husband home town of Napoli.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Naples. The hotel was clean and cozy and the staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always happy to assist with any questions.
The location is excellent, very close to the metro and the port, and within walking distance of many of Naples' main sights. The breakfast was also delicious.

Pros:

Ljubazno osoblje nam je strpljivo odgovaralo na sva pitanja te tips&tricks za Napulj. Prostor je uredan, čist i praktičan. Sobe i krevet udobni. Doručak je ukusan. Sama lokacija hotela je odlična i rado bih se vratila.

Cons:

Abbiamo scelto la struttura tramite filtro Booking per il parcheggio al coperto. Il parcheggio non c’era: ci hanno proposto un parcheggio convenzionato a 10 minuti a piedi dall’hotel.
Ci era stato detto che sarebbe costato 40€ per la notte, ma quando siamo arrivati lì ce ne hanno chiesti 60😳 dunque, qual era la convenzione?

Pros:

Perfect location, close to all the main attractions. The staff were very friendly and accommodating to our needs. There was a good variety of breakfast options and the room was clean and a good size.

I was also very grateful for the upgrade to a room with a balcony, especially as I was staying with my daughter.

I have stayed at this hotel twice already and both times it was a pleasure. I would definitely stay here again!

Cons:

I honestly have no complaints. Everything was excellent and I really enjoyed my stay.

Ottima esperienza! Hotel super consigliato!
Pros:

Hotel in posizione strategica, bello e vicinissimo al centro. Stanza confortevole e letto molto comodo. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Molto piacevole la colazione in terrazza! ... So già dove alloggiare la prossima volta che tornerò a Napoli!
