Die Lage des Hotels war sehr zentral, und die Altstadt war schnell und bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Frühstücksbuffet war allerdings eher überschaubar und hätte etwas vielfältiger und umfangreicher sein können.
My favourite hotel in the center of Naples, this was my second stay. Close also to the port and the airport bus stop. Good breakfast, friendly staff.

The location is great. Walking distance of approx 20 mins to Garibaldi station. It's in the historical centre and near the port so a great location. It has good air con and a fridge and safe in the room. The fella at reception when we arrived was very hospitable and friendly. Breakfast is very basic but edible. We were delighted with this hotel.

Premetto che la scelta dell´hotel é stata dettata da una cancellazione di un volo aereo all´1 di notte. Ho scelto l´hotel poiché non troppo lontano e con un custode in reception abile ad aprirmi la porta alle 2 di mattina.
Tale custode mi dice al telefono di non prenotare ma di venire direttamente.
Io invece prenoto (perché mi serviva la prova di booking per il refund del volo) e scelgo la doppia con letti uniti.
Arrivo alla reception ed il custode mi "sgrida" dicendo che dovevo seguire il suo consiglio e quindi non prenotare perché ad un´altra coppia aveva promesso la stanza con i letti uniti.
Quindi ripete piü e piü volte che l´ho messo in difficoltä, che deve chiamare il responsabile, che non gli é mai successo prima, che non puö darmi la stanza che ho giä pagato perché deve metterci la faccia con la coppia a cui ha promesso etc etc..
Inoltre non sa cosa vuol dire essere "clienti Genius" su Booking e quindi ottenere uno sconto sulla stanza. Infatti mi ripete almeno 3 volte che la stanza doveva essere pagata a pieno e quindi non credeva io avessi pagato la stanza (nonostante gli avessi fatto vedere la ricevuta di booking).
Alle 2.30 del mattino, dopo aver semplicemente accettato (per inerzia) la stanza con i letti separati, alle 4 del mattino, il custode ha deciso di dare il buongiorno a gran voce a dei fornitori?colleghi?, tant´é che ovviamente ha svegliato me ed una coppia che ho sentito mugugnare in vicinanza alla mia camera. Quindi il primo piano, EVITATELO.
E la stanza 110 non é insonorizzata, perché a qualsiasi ora della notte si sentono le macchine passare. Inoltre in bagno cé una finestrella inchiudibile che fa passare ogni rumore, nonostante la porta a scorrimento sia chiusa.
Colazione con richiesta di un cappuccino con latte di avena, con fare scocciato dalla ragazza delle colazioni che non ha staccato gli occhi dal cellulare, appena sono salita in terrazza. Il buongiorno gliel´ho dato prima io perché lei era fissa sul telefono.

Petit déjeuner servi sur terrasse au dernier étage du bâtiment avec vue.
Petit déjeuner moyen pas tres frais, bon emplacement nous avons pu découvrir Naples facilement à pied depuis l’hôtel
Établissement vieillissant, propreté moyenne surtout au niveau de la douche qui plus est sanitaire et douche très exiguës ..le personnel a l’écoute et bienveillant
The gentleman (Fabio) at the receptionist desk was the BEST. Fabio was very friendly and helpful with any questions. Breakfast is Napoli traditional (Good) and the breakfast terrace was nice. The room was a little small, BUT very functional and plenty of storage space for luggage. The terrace was awesome. The location was perfect. Walking distance to the historic sites (so much to see) and to the Piazza Municipio. So many Great places to eat within a 1 to 10 minute walk. We will stay here when we return to my husband home town of Napoli.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Naples. The hotel was clean and cozy and the staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always happy to assist with any questions.
The location is excellent, very close to the metro and the port, and within walking distance of many of Naples' main sights. The breakfast was also delicious.
