Hotels qui portent des noms similiaires .... et erruer de ma part . J'ai fait une resa pour un hotel en alsace alors que je voulais aller à l'hotel auquel j'étais habituée à Carnac ....
Heureusement l'hotel Diana de Carnac nous a trouvé une chambre quand nous nous sommes présentés à a reception et réalisé l'erreur de réservation ... J'ai appelé le Diana alsacien qui m'a dit d'annuler sur booking et qu'ils verraient ce qu'ils pouvaient faire ...
