Pros:

Staff was very friendly.

Cons:

Gym was over our room so it got loud a couple of times. In a handicap room with a heavy door, assisted opening would be nice. Ended up banging my knee on the door trying to finegle it from my wheelchair. The shower temp took forever to get to a good temperature.
