Cons:

We really enjoyed our stay but our bathtub had some stains which weren’t removable…after taking a bath in bathtub water overflowing the entire bathroom. The staff wasn’t attentive to the details as you would expect in a 5 star hotel. A bit disappointed to be honest

Pros:

The hotel is in a great area. The staff is more than helpful and friendly. It was a very clean room.

Cons:

The only thing we had an issue with was the room next to ours. The walls are very thin and we could hear everything in the next room.

Best Location
Pros:

There is plenty of space for parking in front of the hotel. Close to Lisbon attractions and good restaurants.

Cons:

Reception is very slow and not enough staffs, long waiting for check-in and after if you have a question again long waiting, sometimes I was lucky and they were not busy to answer my question.
