Cons:

We requested early check-in few days ago from our trip. Hotel staff provided poor support and we had hours at the lobby. We had to request fresh water every day ourselves and they tried to charge us for it.

Cons:

El diseño de la habitación, el acceso al baño.

Uma estadia confortável, tranquila e memorável.
Pros:

Minha estadia foi excelente. O café da manhã era ótimo todas as manhãs, os quartos estavam sempre bem arrumados e toda a equipe foi muito solícita e atenciosa.

Cons:

Não tive experiências negativas no hotel. Tudo esteve de acordo com as expectativas, a estadia foi muito agradável e a equipe sempre resolvia qualquer necessidade com rapidez e eficiência.
