It was a lovely stay and I most definitely recommend the hotel.
Pros:

The hotel was very nice and the staff was very accommodating to my requests, including an early check in and a late check out. It was well maintained and clean. The literary references are great.

Cons:

There are a few steps in the lobby that are inconvenient for heavy luggage, strollers or wheelchairs.

Não sei se voltaria, Lisboa tem ótimas opções por preço competitivo.
Pros:

Localização. Quarto espaçoso. Boa comida do room service/restaurante. Chuveiro (ducha) bom.

Cons:

Café da manhã MUITO fraco. Poucas opções, os pães não são aquecidos ou possuem como aquecer. Poucos frios, etc. Tudo bem mediano (no máximo).
Quartos padrão ok, não acho que corresponda às estrelas. Decoração genérica e sem graça.
O box do banheiro é elevado e a porta do Blindex deixa um vão que molha todo o banheiro.
