Central stay in Brighton
Pros:

The location is very central, close to the Pavilion gardens and to the station. The street is full of restaurants and bars!
The room was beautifully furnished and had a nice bathroom with shower, air conditioning, a fridge, coffee machine with pods and tea.
We didn't find it noisy as some other reviews seemed to suggest, I guess it depends on which side of the structure the room you'll get is located. In our case it was pretty quiet.
We got an access code to enter that we could use prior to check-in to also store our luggage. When the room was ready we got a message on whatsapp so we could check-in earlier.
A link was sent via whatsapp to checkout and it was easy to use whatsapp to ask questions.

Cons:

We asked for a cot for our baby and we found it in the room, but it didn't have a mattress so we had to put towels and use the little mattress from our pram to make it comfortable for the baby.
I would have contacted the staff to ask for a mattress (not sure if they would have had it tho) but we realised only when we got to the room to sleep so it was late.

Very convenient and enjoyable place to stay.
Pros:

The Studio room that we booked was very spacious and nicely designed. We stayed there during a heatwave so we were relieved that the room was already cool when we arrived. Everything in the hotel is controlled through an app which worked quite well.

Cons:

Nothing.

perfektes hotel! wir kommen richtig gerne wieder 🥰
Pros:

Pros:

Good and roomy place with good facilities. Nice location and close to the center of the city.

Cons:

Coffee and coffee machine were of bad quality. The website/room/booking said there were no possibility for car parking but there was a private car park on location which could be used if the service is selected while booking, but it was not available?

Great hotel in the heart of Brighton.
Pros:

The property is very central and perfect for a weekend in Brighton. The room was spotlessly clean and the air conditioning a necessity. The bed was very comfortable and pillows great. The room looked onto a square on the Saturday morning there was

Breakfast was literally underneath the hotel and the food at the North Laines Cafe was exceptional. Breakfast was served between 8 am and 11.30. There was a cupboard in the foyer where you could help your self to all the essentials, toilet rolls, tea bags, etc. You could even rent an umbrella, fantastic idea. We didn’t need it but was nice to know they were there..
There were a bank of lockers which you could use once you checked out, these were free and there was someone on hand if you got into trouble.

Cons:

There really wasn’t anything to dislike.
Checking in wasn’t particularly easy but we got there.

Great location and really quiet rooms considering it’s central to town. Easy self check in and rooms clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Sink in kitchen didn’t drain but I’m sure that’s easily fixed.

Totally unsuitable for business and disabled travellers
Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

Totally unsuitable for business travellers or anyone disabled. Zero support other than an AI bot at the end of a WhatsApp message - lack of staff doesn't make it more convenient, it just means you're utterly unsupported. You'd think with the money they'd save on staff you'd get all mod cons but basics that especially business travellers want like an iron and ironing board in the room, choice of decaf drinks rather than just caffeine, some level of quiet during the night - and their breakfast only starts at 8, after the working day already has started and to make matters worse it's not even in the hotel - they make guests go out onto the street to a local cafe which you have to hope isnt too busy with regular customers (if you can wait till it's even open at 8am).

Pros:

The location is great, right in the center, next to Tesco, bed is comfortable, clean, good variety of kitchen and bath supplies.

Cons:

The biggest problem is the lack of reception desk, if you’re struggling you have to go through ai chat bot.
Also the lack of a parking space is minus.
