Great place right in the heart of Brighton
Pros:

I had a v large room, king bed and kitchenette. I was amazed at how well equipped it was even oil and kitchen roll are provided. I could help myself to more coffee pods, tea, milk, towels etc free of charge from a store room at my leisure. The position is absolutely central for everything. I was there to visit my brother in hospital and it was a lovely 25 min walk along the promenade or a short very regular bus near by.

Cons:

I guess some might find the no reception type of place impersonal but once you have sent a mobile phone photo of your id like a driving licence (that you sort before you arrive) it's fine.

Très bel hôtel très bien situé
Pros:

La chambre est spacieuse, c’est propre et la literie est super

Cons:

Rien, par contre il s’agit d’un self check in et check out mais on peut poser des questions sur whatsapp et tout est très clair.

Complete shambles and customer service only assisted by AI Chatbots

The location is in the heart of everything. I like that there is Oatley for the tea.

Cons:

If you’re looking for a room request, i.e. like myself, you will be heavily disappointed. The rooms that faced the street are very loud, if you are light sleeper this will not do-I asked very specifically for a quiet room. I was told that I had to contact the WhatsApp AI chatbot on the morning of my arrival to ask for this again. I did. I was told that my room would be a quiet one. Upon arrival, it absolutely was not. It was literally next to the lift and overlooked the main very noisy and very busy road. When I asked to change rooms, I was put on hold for 40 minutes on the WhatsApp chat while a AI bot again bought handled the issue. There is no one to speak to, there is no number you can call. You are literally on your own! With a robot!There was no other rooms to change too. I do not recommend this Hotel if you have any requirements anything other than a very basic expectation of stay. I will not be staying again.

Excellent value for money. Really clean and everything you could need is provided and wouldn't hesitate to use again or recommend.

Cons:

The only negative was that when I went to check in digitally on arrival at the destination I was told I needed to digitally upload either my driving licence or passport but had neither with me. It meant getting a neighbour at home going to my house, finding them, photographing them and sending me the pictures. This should be made clear when booking.

Bed comfortable.

The one member of staff we saw on first day moved us to a slightly better room

Cons:

Lack of staff on site.
Told there was a car park, there wasn't.
Shower was unsafe as had to sit sideways to use it..
Lack of facilities no chair, no bedside cupboard, 'kitchenette' was just a fridge, kettle and understocked coffee machine.Venue was insecure as entry doors were broken so always open .

This stay superseded my expectations, will certainly be returning. Loved it!
Pros:

Such a great place to stay. I booked last night for something reasonable and Numa superseded my expectations by 10 fold. It’s bang in the centre, so amazing location, yet quiet. It’s clean, stylish and such great value for money.

Spacious and convenient
Pros:

The app where we can unlock the doors. Not needing a physical key is a good thing we don't need to remind ourselves to keep the key always. Spacious area.

Pros:

Good Location
Room a bit dated, no USB charging sockets and the like, but Clean and well maintained
£18.00 voucher for Breakfast which didn't cover cost of a Small Full English Breakfast and a Cup of Tea????

Cons:

Expensive Breakfast but the food was OK
No Staff, which is OK as long as you don't need anything quickly
