Very good, I would stay again,
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable! Great pillows too. The accommodation is great. Well designed and roomy.

Cons:

My room was quite close to the bars and overlooking the bins, so it was a bit noisy, but it wasnt too bad.

Frustrated by all the digital hoops I had to jump through to gain access to the staffless building

Utterly ludicrous requirement to provide every single pice of my personal digital data before I could even get in. None of these requirements were mentioned beforehand. Why should I trust them with scans of my passport, all my credit card details, via an online portal. I get it, it’s a ‘feature’ and saves on staff costs, of which I saw no evidence throughout my stay. I was tired and in need of a nice arrival experience. This was the opposite. I am not alone in my frustration, since there was a group of people in the same position when I arrived and nearly every time I left. To make it worse, there was a dodgy chap on both days, who was gaining entrance every time a customer with the appropriate app opened the door. There is no security at all.
Perhaps I’m getting old, but I resent all this digital information theft and see no reason why I should trust the situation. After all booking.com has had a security breach, so it’s beyond the bounds of reason for a relatively small hotel chain is not also vulnerable to breaches.
Ruined my experience.

Chairs in bedroom were dirty and stained
Duvet was stained
Strange smell in room - not sure if coming from kitchen sink or AC unit
