Pros:

Lovely location, very comfortable rooms & bed. Easy checking in & out. Also liked the opening of the doors/lift on the app. Perfect for my husband who forgot his glasses & couldn’t see the door code

Cons:

Only thing that I didn’t have was a bedside table, which would of been ideal

Really nice place, clean and quiet with everything you need.
Pros:

This was my first time using self service access to the building/room etc., was easier than I expected. Room was really well equipped, minimalist furnishings and plenty of space, which suited as we travelled with a toddler! Travel cot was set up in the room when we arrived. Really handy location, close to train station, beach, lots of restaurants, shops etc.

Very handy lockers to store luggage after check out, clothes washing facilities, ironing boards, doggy beds & bowls.

Also had air con - very welcome in the heat!

Cons:

Our view from the window was of the Tesco, so not amazing, but often what you get in a city! Not a big deal!

Good location - automatic system fine unless there an issue

When there was a problem contacting help via the app or WattsApp was slow and actually we managed to find a staff manager by luck who was helpful - but better response or phone access would be helpful and as a disabled person this was quite critical re room change/ extension issue

Hotel was modern, spotlessly clean in a great location!
Pros:

We didn't have breakfast! Location 10 mins down hill walk from train station, close to Theatre, Pavillion & Lanes.

Cons:

Still water instead of carbonated in the fridge!

If you’re into hospital-style rooms with no soul or staff, this is for you.
Pros:

Comfortable bed

Cons:

Soulless, overpriced, student accommodation style room that is entirely automated without passing on any of the savings made on staff costs (and also on ruining the economy) to the consumer.

Fresh, clean and comfortable, no fuss and an excellent place to stay
Pros:

The property is very modern, clean and easy to access. There’s a supply cupboard where you can get fresh bedding, towels and additional basic supplies like toilet roll and tea/coffee which was a genuinely excellent addition. The kitchenette and even just having a fridge alongside the store cupboard definitely made it feel more like an apartment than a hotel. We felt independent and not like we were beholden to the hotel staff to get fresh linen or additional tea

Cons:

The bed was slightly uncomfortable but not too bad. Having no staff all felt a little odd.

Having to scan my and especially my guests ID before checking in felt a little invasive

New approach to hotel concept
Pros:

I enjoyed my stay in Numa - such a modern take on accommodation, a hybrid between a Airbnb and old fashioned hotel system.
Quiet, clean, modern, comfortable and very well equipped room with tall windows and lovely location in the heart of the hipster side of the town, full of cafes and small cute shops. Brighton Pavilion is just 5 mins walk away.

Cons:

When I arrived my door code did not work, and because there is no receptionist or any staff, I spent about 10 mins waiting in the corridor for them to reply in the chat. However once I called on the phone, my issue was resolved promptly and with positive attitude, the rest of the stay was absolutely superb.

Lugar perfeito em Brighton
Pros:

O ar condicionado funcionou muito bem e isso foi muito importante pois estávamos em pleno verão. Colchão e travesseiros muito confortáveis, quarto muito bonito e limpo, amamos tudo e também a localização foi PERFEITA para nós pois fica perto de tudo!!

Cons:

Apenas o microondas estava sujo quando chegamos mas isso não influenciou na nossa estadia.
