Good for a place to sleep but wouldn’t recommend
Pros:

Convenient location, very close to Paddington station so easy access to the underground. Mini fridge in room was helpful and accompanied by a coffee machine. Decent AC in room.

Cons:

Loose stair bannister, small lift. Door to room was hard to open and basic hosting (showing guests to their room) was lacking. Gap between sink basin and faucet and cracked shower basin.

The perfect location and a very nice hotel next to bus stops and tube/train station and a very good gluten fre cafe
Pros:

Literally the perfect location I cannot stress that enough there was so much to do and all in walking distance

Cons:

It was very small for 2 people but it wasn’t impossible to share a room

Very pleasant stay, would visit again when in London. Thanks for everything!
Pros:

The location of the hotel was great, since Norfolk Square is a nice place to walk around or just sit and have a snack. The hotel was new and very clean, with a nice bathroom, the staff very helpful, communication throughout was easy, TV has access to many channels/movies, etc. Overall a very nice experience.

Cons:

The room had limited space, but the bathroom was very comfortable and quite spacey, so that was very nice and more than made up for the limited space in the room.

Duschen fungerade knappt och luktade riktigt unket. Sedan pajade ACn så vi fick sova i ett supervarmt rum.. Flera olika personer i receptionen lovade att kontakta managern och att vi skulle få byta rum. Efter ett dygn fick vi äntligen byta till ett rum med fungerande AC och fick 50pund tillbaka.
