La camera assegnata era al seminterrato, senza una finestra apribile che permettesse un adeguato ricambio d’aria. Inoltre, era estremamente rumorosa: giorno e notte si sentiva costantemente il rumore dei condizionatori posizionati proprio all’esterno della finestra, probabilmente a servizio dell’intero albergo.
Il rumore era ulteriormente aggravato dai rumori provenienti dalle camere del piano superiore e da quelle adiacenti: ogni volta che veniva aperta l’acqua o tirato lo sciacquone, i rumori degli impianti erano chiaramente udibili all’interno della camera.
La pulizia veniva effettuata nel pomeriggio, dopo pranzo. Infatti, l’ultimo giorno, essendo rientrata in camera all’ora di pranzo nonostante fossi uscita la mattina presto, non ho più usufruito del servizio di pulizia.peccato, perché la stanza è molto bella anche se piccola.

In general good!
Staff are super friendly, rooms are clean. We had 2 small double rooms which were small but equally has everything we needed. We only needed to sleep in rooms.
The rooms had air con, tv, coffee machine, kettle, small fridge and safe with storage space under bed for luggage.
The location was great and only few minutes walk from Paddington station.
