Airco werkte niet naar behoren.
Kamer keek uit op blinde muur waarin airco hing voor hotel. Raam was daardoor heel warm.

Ma réservation a été piratée et j’ai été facturée deux fois et l’hôtel n’a pas fait jouer son assurance pour m’indemniser et a laissé ma mère de 83 ans démunie en l’obligeant à payer 2 fois 665€. C’est inadmissible et aucune qualité de service ni de sens de la relation client alors que c’est les données de la réservation qui ont été piratée : nom, date de la réservation, établissement réservé.

We booked the superior room and once we arrived, soon realised it was nothing like the photos. It was so small. The bathroom sink wasn’t in the bathroom. Weird smell. Aircon turns on but it was blowing warm air. We left straight away and booked somewhere else. They were reluctant to do a refund however ended up giving us a partial refund. The shelf broke the second I put my bag on it

Great location, nice staff. The room was small but we didn't need anything else. There was aircon

The room smelled like bleach, and there was no ventilation. We couldn't open the windows, so we slept with strong bleach smell the whole night

The rooms had air con and were fairly modern.

The shower was lovely and the bathroom really nice.

The room was cosy and bed comfy

The locks were faulty and there were no plugs in places you'd expect them (like by the kettle.and mirrors).

Hatten ein "Kellerzimmer", aber alles in allem sehr in Ordnung für eine Nacht. Großer Pluspunkt war die Klimaanlage, da es zu dem Zeitpunkt wirklich sehr heiß in London war. Wlan hat funktioniert und Lage war super.
Natürlich darf man in Summe nicht zu viel erwarten, was Ausstattung und Zimmergröße betrifft, aber für London war das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis wirklich vollkommen in Ordnung

Cons:

Zimmer im Keller hat sich trotz Fenster (in den engen Innenhof) etwas beengend angefühlt

The hotel’s location is excellent—only a 3-minute walk from Paddington Station, which made getting around London very easy.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the housekeeping was very disappointing. We stayed for 8 nights, and the room was not cleaned properly throughout our stay. On one day, the room wasn’t cleaned at all. On another day, the only thing that was done was making the bed. The floor was never vacuumed, and when the hand soap ran out, it was never replaced despite daily housekeeping. For the price we paid and the length of our stay, we expected a much better standard of cleanliness.

If the housekeeping service were improved, this hotel would be a much better choice because the location is truly excellent.

Clean, looked nice, great shower, good location

Cons:

Was in a lower ground room so no window to outside except to a generator which made a constant white noise and heated the room counteracting the Air con and there was no WiFi or data signal in the room.

Ideal for a one night hotel stay
Pros:

Ideal hotel for one night stay on arrival into London. A good sized lower ground floor room with a very limited view. Also close to Paddington Station and just off the main road so quieter at night.
