The manager was very kind and accommodating he showed me another room facing out to the frontvif the hotel and it was perfect and he ended up getting receptionist to carry my luggage for me
Upon arrival my initial impressions were very bad as the male receptionist seemed completely dis- interested and did not offer to help with luggage. I also requested a room facing the outside as sadly I am claustrophobic and he said No so I asked for the manager.

Nous avions pris une suite, celle-ci donnait sur la rue, au rez-de-chaussée. Cela a rendu notre séjour extrêmement bruyant, entre les portes qui claquent, les personnes amenant des fournitures via le sous sol se trouvant sous notre chambre, le bilan sommeil, pas terrible. Cependant, la chambre était belle (plus petite qu’elle n’en avait l’air, comme très souvent), le personnel était charmant, propre, literie confortable, petits gâteaux super bon, machine à café sans capsules mais présente.
The hotel was very clean and in a great location, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which really added to the overall experience. .
I was a bit disappointed that the TV in the room didn’t work even though we asked twice for it to be looked at. This took away slightly from an otherwise really lovely stay
Good overall hotel with everything you need for staying in a city - and compared to many other hotels in London it’s very good

It’s pretty expensive for the size of the room. It’s fine if you’re traveling by yourself but for two people it’s very tight and uncomfortable

La stanza è troppo piccola, senza un armadio, in bagno non c’è ne finestra ne aspiratore e c’è forte odore di fogna.
L’ascensore arriva fino al 2 piano e poi devi proseguire a piedi.
L’hotel non ha il nome all’esterno. Aggiungetelo.
