The room was very small and the door wouldn’t unlock when we got there with the key . It was doggy broken

The room was a little too small, especially the shower
The location was brilliant, near train station and bus stops. Near places to eat, plenty of local pubs. Opposite a lovely quiet garden. There were steps up to the main front door, be aware, but I’m sure the friendly helpful staff would help you with your bags. There was a small lift, enough for 2 people and small cases. Reception was good with seating area. Our room was adequate but we could have had more space around the bed.
Small lift, used stairs most of the time
The room was ok. It's just that when you open the door to the toilet, there's smell like sewage but otherwise it's fine. I think they should have a bigger mug in the room as well.
Where the hotel was as it was very near the train station and close to some restaurants. It was clean and the bed was nice to sleep in
The doors was difficult to close and lock as they were using normal keys not a pass like a lot of modern hotels do. The handles are misleading as you have to push the door open not use the handle to enter your room. If you wanted to use the tv you couldn’t as it would hook up to any signal. Internet was slow and would buffer.
Stuff are very friendly and cooperative.

Location was ideal for our visit and the room was clean.
I checked before booking that there was a lift, as my wife has issues with stairs. The lift only reached the 2nd floor and our room was on the fourth floor.
If you are booking this hotel and have restricted mobility please ensure you ask for a room on the 1st or 2nd floor as the upper floors have steep stair access only.

I didn't actually stay in the Voyage Hotel, which I had chosen. I was moved to the Rove Hotel opposite - I still don't know why.

It was clean, relatively modern too. The communal landings / stairs could do with a freshen up but generally nice!
I was initially put on top floor on a small room with pigeons nesting right on the other side of the wall to my bed’s headboard and it was awfully noisy. Fortunately I requested to move room and the member of staff was very accommodating of my request and upgraded my room

I was in downstairs room and it was bloody hot- air con kept reverting to 28degrees after 30 mins so I ended up turning it off in the middle of the night - only there 1 night so rather annoyed. Got a 50% refund so thanks
The room I was allocated had a really bad smell I just couldn’t stay there so immediately checked out to another hotel. The staff member said I would get an email from manager about a refund but nothing received. Also very strange to have a bathroom sink in the bedroom
Close to Paddington Station, clean and nicely styled room. Friendly staff.
Room was small, but it was only for one night. I'd like something bigger if I was staying longer.
No bedside lighting, I like to read before going to bed.
