Good location, extremely small room
Pros:

Great location for Paddington Station

Cons:

The rooms are TINY. I could touch the toilet from the bed. The shower/drains smelt really bad. Also, a challenging booking process including pre authorization including Passport details and selfie, as well as downloading an app and lots of codes.

Richtig tolles Hotel, gerne wieder

Das Hotel liegt mitten in Paddington, somit verkehrstechnisch super. Trotzdem war was es ruhig auf dem Zimmer, obwohl es zur Straße ging. Alles scheint kürzlich renoviert zu sein. Das Zimmer war klein, aber trotzdem gut aufgeteilt und mit einem großen Bett. Jede Menge Stauraum. Das Bad mit Regendusche, sehr sauber.
Das Personal war ausnahmslos sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank an der Stelle an den netten jungen Mann an der Rezeption!

A localização é excelente, a poucos minutos da estação Paddington, que oferece fácil acesso a várias partes da cidade, além de também ser muito próxima de bons cafés. A equipe foi muito simpática e atenciosa durante toda a estadia. Estava um pouco preocupada com o tamanho do quarto por conta de outras avaliações, mas nos surpreendemos positivamente! Ficamos em um quarto com cama queen size no nível inferior, e foi uma ótima experiência.

Solides sauberes Hotel mit einer Top Lage
Pros:

Die Lage ist toll. Das Zimmer war geräumiger als erwartet.

Cons:

Der Teppichboden ist ein wenig alt, dafür ist das Bad sehr neu. Allerdings ohne Aufhängemöglichkeit für Handtücher. Diese muss man dann irgendwo im Zimmer zum Trocknen hin hängen

Lovely stay, great location and super friendly staff.
Pros:

The location was perfect, super close to the train and tube station. The hotel was super clean and decorated lovely. Staff were really friendly. We would definitely stay again!

Cons:

The rooms were quite small. We stayed in two different rooms due to extending our stay last minute, and the regular double room was extremely small.

The only positive thing about this hotel is the location.

Cons:

This whole establishment shouldn’t be licensed to function as a hotel. It is a very old building with no elevator and it was a struggle for me to climb those narrow stairs up and down every day. The rooms are so small -like mouse traps- you can’t even open your suitcase, let alone move inside the room. The toilet seat is literally inside your room !! It has a window but you can’t opened it for fresh air.. Although it had a mini fridge , it was only for decorative purposes it never worked.. I’m sure there are better options to stay in Paddington, you pay a lot for what you get, zero value for money. The staff of the hotel was super friendly though !

Die Lage war wunderbar. Das Personal nett und zuvorkommend. Es war sauber und die Ausstattung mehr als erwartet.

Das Fenster könnte man nur 10 Zentimeter öffnen. Vor dem Fenster ein riesiger "Ventilator", der dauerhaft Geräusche gemacht hat. Die Badezimmertür ging nicht zu. Sobald das Zimmer oben drüber jemand geduscht hat, hat es bei uns runter getropft...
