初めて川崎に泊まり不慣れな中　駅近が便利でした
Pros:

駅から近い　コンビニ近い　スタッフ気さくで感じ良かった　朝食美味しかったです　高層階なので気持ち良かった
喫煙所が広くて良かった

Cons:

窓がはめ込みタイプで空気を入れ替える事が出来ず圧迫感がありました　入り口ドアからの通路が少し狭く荷物を置くと歩きずらい

フロント対応が早く接客対応が良い

Cons:

ルームキーが使えない事が度々起きて不便。
大きな地震でひどく揺れたが、ホテルからは、なにも連絡がはいらなかった。

Pros:

事前に大阪から横浜まで一人で行くのは初めてで、駅前とは知っていましたが、着くのは夜遅くという事もあり、電話で場所を問い合わせた所、最初外国人の方が出られ、発音が聞き取りにくく、失礼かと思いましたが、すぐ日本人の方に変わってもらい詳しく説明して頂き、迷わず到着でしました。
チルドのお土産を買ってたので、到着後冷蔵庫に入れたのですが、翌朝、ホテルを出る前にフロントで保冷剤を無料で提供して下さいました。
とても助かりました。
机の上にスタッフの方が祝鶴を折っていってくださり、帰ってから折り紙ができるよう予備の折り紙と説明書があって、ちょうど孫に会いに行く所だったので孫も喜びとても嬉しかったです。有難うございました。

Cons:

ベッドの頭の上の時計が置いてあるスペースが少し埃があったようです。

Pros:

空気清浄機などが常備されていて、いろんなところに配慮されているホテルだと感じた

Cons:

作りの問題なのでなんとも言えないと思いますが、
廊下の声が丸聞こえで、うるさくて寝れなかった
