Nice stop off for the night
Pros:

Good overall, quite a bit dated and the bathroom and shower and vanity a little awkward but it was all fine. The owner a bit hawkish in the morning breakfast to make sure I didn't take something I wasn't supposed to - that felt a bit off... but otherwise it was a nice place for one night stay.

It's a lovely place to stay
Pros:

The room was very spacious and very quiet. It had a really nice patio with a table and chairs. The staff was very nice and helpful. It was located close to several tourist sites and restaurants.

Cons:

This did not bother us, but some people may want a pool and/or hot tub.

Wonderful stay and very comfortable beds and friendly staff! A great experience!
Pros:

Location seemed far out but actually not far from I-17
Breakfast options were fairly limited but sufficient w the items w brought in our ice chest
A bit of a bummer our room fridge didn't have a freezer for our ice packs but the staff was very friendly and accommodating and put them in their hotel freezer for us. The room size was very spacious

Cons:

Real flowers in pots should be nice but understand the artificial flowers are easier and cheaper to care for!
So fun to have DVD movies to choose from but needed some old PIXAR options😊

Very nice experience. Will stay there again.
Pros:

Nice location. Peaceful. Friendly and helpful staff. I liked that they offered snacks outside breakfast hours for minimal cost.

Cons:

Shame the freezer compartment in the fridge couldn’t keep my ice cream cold. However they let me put it in the kitchen freezer so it all worked out.

Great Value for Money in a Quiet Location Near Sedona

A very quiet neighborhood on the outskirts of Sedona, offering great value for money. It’s conveniently located near attractions like Cathedral Rock, Bell Rock, and Devil’s Bridge. I preferred staying here at a lower cost and simply driving into Sedona and to the hiking trails. The staff were very friendly, and the rooms were clean.

Cons:

The property is a bit outdated and could benefit from some renovation. While I personally liked the location, it may not suit everyone, as there isn’t much to do in the evenings and the neighborhood is very quiet—it really depends on what you’re looking for. The main drawback is the breakfast: the complimentary options are quite limited, typically including cereals, a small bagel or sweet bun, and coffee.

Beaver Creek Inn is a lovely place to stay & wonderful staff. Highly recommend!
Pros:

The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was what I expected based on the website's description. Good selection of healthy food options such as cereal, muffins, bagels, hardboiled eggs, fruit, coffee, tea (breakfast and flavored) with no "fake" scrambled eggs or overcooked bacon/sausage. Staff was very friendly and attentive - Savannah gave me a short tour when I arrived and showed me where everything was. Very good location allowing for a restful stay, yet within close proximity to Sedona. I would definitely stay here again.

Location was close to family, the main reason for picking the property. Rooms were clean and comfortable

Cons:

They offer a "Free" continental breakfast. But the "free" choices were limited, many items were available for sale, and signage directed a choice of one free item and charges if you wanted more.

I reccomend that you either include the breakfast or don't, and list the property that way. The current policy is not guest friendly.
