Super hôtel personnel souriant 😃 accueillant et disponible .
Situé à 1km de l'aéroport ce qui nous a arrangé pour notre vol du lendemain matin tôt et le plus il y a une navette.
Sauna spa piscine .
Super séjour mais cours
Endroit parfait pour se reposer et être au calme.

Gutes Zimmer - gutes Restaurant- etwas teuer im Restaurant-

Cons:

Empfangsdamen waren alles sehr unmotiviert. Wenn man 14:30 kommt / Check in ab 14 Uhr Uhr ist und man ein Kleinkind dabei hat dann ist es sehr frech wenn einem gesagt wird „ sorry we are fully booked „ denn wir hatten 3(!!!!) Monate im voraus reserviert . Nicht Last Minute !!!
Zudem muss man alles erfragen - wie geht das mit dem Spa / kann man immer in den Pool / woher bekommt man Handtücher??? Ich erwarte bei 4 Sternen mehr Service auch wenn Schichtwechsel ist . Die frische Schicht war nicht motivierter . So geht Dienstleistung im Hotel nicht
