Pros:

The staff are some of the kindest most helpful and patient people you could ever want to meet.
The rooms are roomy! Great balconies, all face the water.
The rooms I've had there were always quiet with working fridge, TV, AC, etc.
Very comfortable mattresses. Plenty of hot water for showers (that's a concern at a busy beach).

Price/value cannot be beat. Not even with a stick!

Amazing location! Hotel is a little dated and the tiny bathrooms leaving something to be desired. But hey, for the price on the beach listen to the waves you can't beat it.

Pros:

It was a nice hotel with a direct oceanfront room. The parking lot is tight so be mentally prepared for that and there is a resort fee but it was not terrible like some places. Front desk people were nice and we really enjoyed our room and bed after a long day.

Nice weekend stay August 23 - 25, 2025. Ocean view room nice view. Room was cleaned by Serena. Beds were small for 2 adults average size. My real complaint is that on our last day I saw a roach on the bathroom counter. Please please have pest control come out. Because of the roach I saw, I can say that I will not stay there again. One roach means to me there are many moreon the hotel. Pictures attached

Pros:

My husband I were extremely pleased with the accommodations. The room was spacious and clean. The beds felt like they were brand new. Everyone one was so helpful from the front desk to the housekeeping staff. The ocean view balcony was just awesome. We spent a lot of time out there especially to watch the sunrise and catch some dolphins, which we did every morning. We highly recommend this place. If we come back to Virginia Beach this will be where we will be staying.

Location of hotel on beach is great. All balconies face the ocean. All door entries need hotel card to enter.
Room did not have microwave. Refrigerator froze the food we put in it. Ruined a lot of baby food. Elevators are sketch. 2 of the 3 malfunctioned. Got stuck in one.
