Ramayana Candidasa Beach Resort

We stayed 7 nights here with my parents. All the employees from Ramayana are great. So polite, service minded, and helpful. Room service guys are sooo good and clean, my parents had a good stay in Bali, and it was their first time in Indonesia. Thank you.

My very first solo travel gave me much needed alone and quiet time! Food at the restaurant was good ; waiting time and serving size were just right.
Staff were courteous and cheerful and always had a bright smile. Restful. Recharged. Rejuvenated.

This hotel has seen better days. We were in a tired, dated room in the back of the hotel. Very basic.
The pool area was nice, but no beach at all. I could stay at any hotel and swim in a pool.
A bit of walk to town, so you are pretty much eating at the hotel, unless you taxi in.
Food at the restaurant was very average and expensive.

Nice but massive hotel ! Nice room but it could be a room anywhere in the world, your classic hotel room. Had to look outside to remind myself that I was in Bali.
Nice pool, nice garden, friendly and helpful staff, great food, although only had breakfast there.
The pool and restaurant were quite a distance from my room.
All in all, nice hotel if you like a conformist room.

The three days and four nights spent in this amazing resort were a story! Landscapes are detached as if from another world, with special flowers, with the inviting sound of the Indian Ocean, which fascinates you, with spacious and clean rooms, with kind and respectful staff, with fabulous massages and delicious cuisine! Thank you for this unforgettable experience! I will come back with great pleasure! 💚🙏🌴🙏💚

Nice hotel to stay with a wonderful view to the ocean from the pool. The room was okay und the people there were very lovely.

The hotel is very beatiful, all people are very nice and the rooms are big and clean. The workers has been very sympathic and they offers their help always

The hotel is stunning, located on the beach. Ocean view cottage was amazing, I had the best room with a view, listening to the waves crash at night was very relaxing, the only thing that I would mention is that the air con was not working properly.
The pool was stunning but due to having no cover the water was warm all day. But great place to lay and relax.
The restaurant has great views and the food was nice.

We decided to stay at Ramayana Candidasa after seeing the beautiful sea view and spacious pool. We celebrated our son’s 5th birthday here, and everything was truly enjoyable. We had dinner at Garpu Restaurant, where the cozy ambience, delicious food, and perfectly mixed cocktails made the night special , especially with the lovely acoustic performance. It was a memorable stay for our family! 🌊✨

We’ve loved every minute of our time back at Ramayana! The resort is the perfect mix of classical Balinese feel and modern luxury, and is comfortable but still homely. Perfect for mature travelers seeking a quieter Bali experience. The gardens and accommodation is beautiful and the staff are super friendly and welcoming. We’ll definitely be back.

Very pleasant stay, beautiful and quiet hotel, large room, can listen the waves and relax all day. The nightly a la carte menu at the restaurant was excellent. Reliable dive tour operator just outside the gate.

Loved staying at Ramayana in Candidasa. The gardens are magnificent and the resort is very chilled making relaxing so easy. A nice pool and great beachfront cottage made my stay unforgettable. The staff at Ramayana are the best, very friendly and approachable and they go out of their way to ensure you have a memorable stay. I’m coming back for sure!

Hotel was stunning! Gardens and Pool Area were amazing!
Staff from all sections were very attentive.Shout out to Kadek at the restaurant in the evenings, young guy who went out of his way to assist and give individualised service!
We had an Ocean view room which was wonderful, can hear waves on beach, although room 213 close to pool area so not very private.
Bit of a distance to town area, and whilst shuttle was advertised at set times, taxi service is available from reception for 30k which is a far better option (although not mentioned at check in - would suggest in future).
Buffet breakfast was nice, restaurant meals were good, but drink prices quite expensive (65k a small Bintang outside prices around 35k).
Definitely would stay again.

We only stayed here for two nights, but we were very pleased with the hotel, the staff and especially Garpu restaurant. The food was so amazing! Delicious sea food as well as the 1 meter satay plate. We had a junior suite at the hotel. It was simple, but very much okay for these two nights. At night, you can hear the birds, frogs and geckos. We loved to be surrounded by nature. Also, watching the sunrise and sunset was just insanely beautiful. This hotel is definitely the perfect spot for that. We also had a facial + aloe vera treatment at Rama Spa and you can already guess it… It was AMAZING. Lastly, I want to give a special shout out to the man (I unfortunately forgot his name…) that took care of the pool area, handed out towels, etc. He was sooooo kind! In short: my compliments to the hotel and staff.

Me and my wife stay at Ramayana Candidasa Resort for holiday and little bit have work need to finnished. It was best place to escape with family.
We stay for one night, food taste at Garpu restaurant was best
Pasta, milshake, coffee, ayam bertutu, ayam satay, chicken pizza, nasi goreng kampung everything was good and delicious

We only stayed a night, on a round-trip, but service and atmosphere was great.
I would definetly visit again for a longer stay.

The rooms were very clean.

Wi-Fi was stable through the whole stay.

Luggage was brought to the room.

Check-In and Check-out is a matter of minutes.

We absolutely loved our stay at Ramayana Candidasa Beach Resort and would have liked a longer stay. Our little "villa" had a fantastic view of the sea from the balcony. It was a nice room with everything we needed. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The pool and views from the pool were fantastic with comfortable lounging available. They had an afternoon tea which included tasty food but we had dinner reservations so we had to choose carefully. This was not the hotel we were originally booked in for Candidasa, but was changed by our agent. I am so happy it was!!
