Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Frühstück war entspannt und es gab reichlich.

Cons:

Ausstattung entsprach in keinster Weise der Fotos. Möbel waren kaputt, Vorhänge dreckig, Wände kahl, teils abgerissene Tapete. Dunkles Treppenhaus, Wäschewagen werden in den Fluchtwegen im Treppenhaus geparkt, verstellen die Feuerlöscher.
Erst auf Nachfrage erfahren, dass die Einzelzimmer in wenigen Wochen renoviert werden sollen. Dann sollen alle Makel behoben werden. Keine Ermäßigung erhalten.

Die Lage war super, die Zimmer waren modern und Sauber und das Bad war riesig und modern.

Cons:

Das Hotel war schwer zu finden und keine Parkmöglichkei dort. Leider kaum Hacken für Handtücher.und nur eine Steckdose.

Leider habe ich in dem ersten Zimmer nach dem Check-in eine Bettwanze gefunden. Ich wurde von dem Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption freundlich behandelt und sofort in ein anderes Zimmer umgezogen. Anonsten ein sehr schönes, gepflegtes und gut gelegenes Hotel. Ich würde das Hotel trotz der Probleme erneut buchen. Heutzutage muss man mit solchen Vorfällen wohl leider auch in guten Hotels rechnen.

Wir würden es zu diesem Preis jederzeit wieder buchen. Vielleicht bei unser nächsten AIDA Cruise.
Pros:

Wir hatten ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
Gute Lage zwischen Bahnhof und Ostkai.
Frühstück dem Preis entsprechend mit Aufbackbrötchen, Wurst, Käse, gekochten Eiern, Müsli, Joghurt, Kaffeeautomaten und Tee.
An der Reception konnte man sich Kaffee mit aufs Zimmer nehmen. Vielen Dank.

Cons:

Als Vegetarier gab es leider nur eine Sorte Käse und Frischkäse. Hier wäre es schön, eine zweite Sorte zu haben.

Sauberkeit nennt man anders... unter den Laken befanden sich irgendwelche Krümel. In den Ecken nur sandig. Im Badezimmer roch es nach Gulli. ... ich könnte noch vieles so bemängeln aber lohnt sich nicht mehr. Wer es ausprobieren will viel Spaß 😅

Gute Lage, alles in Laufnähe, es ist zentral und doch recht ruhig. Die Einrichtung ist hell und freundlich, Personal freundlich. Frühstück nicht außergewöhnlich, aber auch nicht schlecht. Basics wie Brötchen , Eier, Müsli, Kaffee - alles ausreichend da.

Cons:

Das Bad ist ziemlich alt, hier müsste mal renoviert werden - aus der Dusche kommt wenig und die Duschwanne aus Kunststoff knackt, die Lüftung im Bad sehr laut. Einen Wasserkocher hätte man wohl in der Rezeption bekommen können, hab ich am Ende gelesen, der hat mir schon gefehlt. Bett, Fernseher und Fön, mehr ist wirklich nicht da an Ausstattung. Aber für den Preis und die Lage war es schon nicht schlecht.
