Staff was friendly and that's it. Everything else was horrible. Wouldn't stay at a Hilton again even if it was free.
Pros:

Pool was closed the whole weekend, the garden restaurant was never opened. Steam cleaner company came in the last day we were there and had every door downstairs open on an 18 degree day, then they wanted in our room to do the floors while we were showering and packing up to leave. That was never mentioned to us by the hotel that they had people coming in to steam floors and would need in our room. We'll stick with IHG hotels from now on.

I picked this hotel for it's location, and the location did not disappoint.
Pros:

I liked that the location shared a parking lot with food and beverage facilities so that I could walk to get them instead of having to drive. I also liked that if I did need to drive, everything I needed was very close by, including a large shopping mall, breakfast place, and a car wash. I also liked the tv in our room, it had a very clear picture and decent sound quality.

Cons:

I didn't like that there were stained sheets on the bed, the mechanism that would have held the door open was completely broken off the door, and made a very loud banging noise if you tried to open the door more than half way. I also wasn't the biggest fan of their luggage carts as the wheels did not completely work, the metal work was loose, and they were incredibly noisy. We did not see housekeeping not once during our stay, and when we were checking in I was told quite promptly that I could check in on my phone. This was also said in such a way that heavily implied I was bothering the young man behind the counter.

Staff was great!!

Cons:

No hot water, only body temperature. Coffee maker did not work, but they did think they fixed it but didnt. There was dirty napkins under the desk. The pillows were old and crumpled. The temperature would not stay consistent regardless of what the thermoset was set at.
