⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Soggiorno eccellente sotto ogni aspetto!

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso in questo resort e non avremmo potuto desiderare di meglio. Tutto è stato semplicemente perfetto: la struttura è curata nei minimi dettagli, gli ambienti sono puliti, accoglienti e ben organizzati.

Un ringraziamento speciale va a tutto lo staff, sempre professionale, gentile e disponibile, capace di farci sentire accolti e coccolati in ogni momento.

Anche i ristoranti meritano il massimo dei voti: cibo di ottima qualità, grande varietà di scelta e servizio impeccabile. Ogni pasto è stato un vero piacere.

Non abbiamo davvero nulla da criticare: un’esperienza eccellente che ha superato le nostre aspettative. Consigliamo questo resort a chiunque desideri trascorrere una vacanza all’insegna del relax, del comfort e dell’attenzione al cliente. Torneremo sicuramente!

Se proprio devo dire una cosa, mi dispiace non aver potuto portare con me il mio amico a quattro zampe. Credo che di piccola taglia come il mio, possano ammetterli.

Good, could be better.
Pros:

Great restaurants, lovely beach

Cons:

Large and very loud groups with own dj!! It’s meant to be a family hotel but a large group arrived and were smoking and heavily drinking in the pool, not inviting and so loud that you could hear at the beach and second pool (third pool for 40 euros per person per day!!) vip areas included in advertising and not available without uplift is misleading. Staff unhelpful

Hotel ma swoje lata, ale pokoje są odnowione łazienki czyste. Widać, że były remontowane. Piękne zachody słońca z restauracji Sunset boulevard.

Cons:

Zbyt mała ilość obsługi kelnerskiej.
Mając wykupiony pakiet signature level nie mogliśmy korzystać z restauracji a la carte, ponieważ brakowało miejsc. Szkoda, że baseny nie były podgrzewane.

Pros:

Everything was excellent — there is absolutely nothing to complain about regarding the hotel. The rooms, food, and every aspect of the service were 10 out of 10.

I would especially like to highlight the management and the staff. It was clear that every employee was highly dedicated, professional, and genuinely committed to providing the best possible service.

In some cases, the level of assistance even exceeded our expectations. I would like to express my special gratitude to Florent at the reception desk. His professionalism, competence, and willingness to help were truly exceptional.

I would also like to mention Veronika at the bar. Her friendliness and the excellent morning coffee she prepared helped create a wonderful mood at the start of each day.

Cons:

The only area that fell short of the otherwise excellent standard was the beach. It felt more like the beach of a three-star hotel. ☹️

Die Gartenanlage und die Pool Landschaften sind top!

Bar Personal spricht teilweise nicht Englisch in 5* Hotel ein Nogo
Regeln des Hotels (Strandliegenreservationen/Rauchen / Duschen) werden nicht durchgesetzt. Tischsets kleben an den Tischen unhygienisch. Zusätzlich aufgeführten Restaurants nur von Freitag-Sonntag geöffnet und nur mit Reservation möglich. Strand wurde erst am letzten Tag unseres Aufenthalts gereinigt. All inclusiv Angebot war limitiert und beinhaltete nur die billigsten Produkte andere waren kostenpflichtig.

Oasi di bellezza e gentilezza
Pros:

Splendido Resort che, grazie all'upgrade a pagamento al "Signature Level" ho potuto apprezzare al massimo delle sue potenzialità. Struttura immersa nel verde e molto curata. Ottima la pulizia degli ambienti interni ed esterni. Ho pranzato e cenato quasi sempre al "Portofino" che è al livello di un ristorante stellato sia per la qualità che per la ricercata presentazione dei piatti serviti. Il fiore all'occhiello del Resort è la straordinaria gentilezza di TUTTO il personale. In particolare, menziono: il maitre Carmelo Macaluso con la sua ottima professionalità, competenza e cura dei dettagli, Angelo Candino e Gianpaolo, Viola, Hanin, Sophie, Elena e Chantal; alla reception Dania e Giulio.
In conclusione, consiglio a tutti la vacanza qui e mi piacerebbe tornarci ancora !

Cons:

Unico appunto che indico ai soli fini migliorativi: nonostante il pronto intervento del tecnico, non si è riusciti a spegnere completamente di notte l'aria condizionata poiche' nella mia stanza, seppur la temperatura fosse modificabile autonomamente , non era completamente disattivabile (l'aria fredda, seppur meno, entrava ancora nonostante mi fosse stato garantito lo spegnimento).

Pros:

Beautifully maintained pools. The kiddies pool and playground were a big win. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. Loved daily lunches at Portofino and we had a great meal at Chang Thai.

Cons:

Not the most practical beach with little kids.
