Pros:

What an amazing hotel, stunning views of the sea, very well maintained, so quiet and peaceful. A place where you can set back, relax and enjoy the sea!

Pros:

Les restaurants bien variés, services et personnels compétents. Piscines propres et environnement agréables.

Cons:

Manque de village à proximité et nous ne pouvons rien faire à pied. La plage était en cours de nettoyage sans possibilité de s’y baigner.

Jak na włoski hotel było OK, ale na pewno to nie było prawdziwe 5 gwiazdek, może 3,5.
Pros:

Jedzenie dobre, wystarczającej wielkości parking. Obsługa uprzejma aż do przesady.

Cons:

Podczas rezerwacji ciężko było po opisie zorientować się w lokalizacji pokoju w całym obiekcie. Powinno być to lepiej opisane.. W praktyce okazało się, że pokoje nie były w tej części obiektu, w której wydawało się że będą. Nawet zdjęcie, które jest na górze tego formularza nie pochodzi z tego hotelu. Praktycznie brak plaży i możliwości kąpieli w morzu. Hotel w sumie mocno oddalony od wszelkich atrakcji.

Pros:

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’entretien général de l’établissement, toujours très propre et soigné.
Les piscines sont magnifiques et très agréables, la nourriture variée et de qualité, et notre suite était spacieuse, confortable et parfaitement entretenue.

Cons:

Concernant les points à améliorer, nous avons été un peu surpris de voir que l’accès au spa se faisait avec les chaussures de l’extérieur, y compris parfois par le personnel. Cela nuit un peu à l’hygiène et à l’atmosphère de détente du lieu.

Par ailleurs, les équipements sportifs mis à disposition (raquettes, balles, etc.) nous ont semblé assez basiques et mériteraient d’être renouvelés ou améliorés pour être davantage en adéquation avec le standing général de l’établissement.

It was relaxing and nice, and great for kids. We plan to be back.
Pros:

The food was well above of a beach resort that we chose randomly. Staff was welcoming, friendly and very professional. The family bungalow in the last line, looking at the tennis courts and sea gave us and our 3 year old the possibility to enjoy the big grass area. Beach is nice, looking at sunset. Pools are entertaining and perfect for kids. Overall the premises are just great in terms of space, beach, green and nature. It is a great resort, easily accessible from Palermo, with possibilities to explore nearby towns, including Cefalu.

Cons:

The bungalow was under shadows. The patio has sun only during a few hours in the morning, which is nice and can be a relief during hot days in the season. But not in may which can feel a bit chilly and humid inside. It could also have been nice to have a sort of childlock at the door of the bungalow.

I did not like "xtra time" snack bar because they only had indoor serving ina dark sports bar. Restaurant under the hotel can get very noisy and hectic.

Great facilities and friendly staff.. signature pool was nice and not busy very relaxing. Palermo city is lovely and Cefalu .. buffet food especially the salads were good... Sicilian House wine was good quality

Cons:

The a la carte restaurants were not good... Steak charge was excessive and the Thai food main course was poor . Be aware all inclusive is a general term as som e drinks and food you can be charged for Drivers in Palermo 😄..

Wyjątkowo czysty, pyszne jedzenie.

Cons:

Wiele udogodnień nie było dostępnych, o czym nie wiedziałam wcześniej (plaża w przebudowie, 2 restauracje czasowo zamknięte, wewnętrzny basen tylko dla dorosłych.
