La posizione, la gentilezza dello staff, la tranquillità che si respira nel borgo antico direttamente sul lago e in tutto l'albergo silenzioso ed accogliente. Buona la colazione servita nella sala fronte lago. Un grazie particolare per averci riservato una stanza con affaccio sul lago anche se avevo prenotato una economi senza ovviamente differenza di prezzo. Servizi pulitissimi. Tornerei volentieri Orietta

Pur con qualche limitazione, è stato une bel soggiorno: vale la pena

Ottima la posizione in centro, davanti al lago ed a soli 150m dalla stazione del traghetto per l'Isola Maggiore; ottima la cortesia del personale, la disponibilità della piscina, il buon livello del ristorante annesso, la perfetta climatizzazione della camera, il buon wifi disponibile gratuitamente

Cons:

La cassaforte era bassissima, collocata in un angolo in fondo e per terra dell'armadio: molto scomoda se non addirittura improponibile per persone non più giovanissime; la camera (Superior!!) era bella ma di dimensioni un po' limitate; la finestra, di sera, era opportuno tenerla chiusa ed il piccolo balcone era irraggiungibile, pena essere invasi da una miriade di insetti simili alle zanzare (ma, per fortuna, non erano zanzare: non sono mai stato punto)
