It was okay for the short stay, but could have been better.
Pros:

The casino was clean and fun.

Cons:

The hotel check-in personnel were unfriendly. The hotel beds were not comfortable. You could feel indents in the bed from long-time use. Carpets were stained badly in room. Was not worth the money spent.

Pros:

It is a perfect location when going to a concert The gentleman at the front desk was amazing !

Cons:

The first time we visited our toillet did not work &we had difficulty trying to have someone fix it ,,, we had 4 women ,so it was an issue ! Eventually was remedied after multiple calls ,
This last visit the room air conditioning was working poorly , the room was hot &stuffy.

Cons:

The front staff person when we checked in was not friendly, cordial, welcoming, or anything remotely resembling hospitality. Our check out was great with friendly staff. The front staff , when I had to ask a question, were extremely helpful.

Cons:

Room wasn’t the cleanest. It was clean on the surface but upon taking a closer look we noticed dust around the room! I’m glad we didn’t have any kids with us because I found pieces of CRACK on the carpet as well as in the cracks of the burea! There were stains on the carpet that I scrubbed out myself so I don’t understand why the staff wasn’t able to do that… your welcome😁 when I pulled the night stand out to plug in my phone charger there were fingernail clippings on the carpet! When I used the bathroom in the morning I was disgusted to find that the toilet was plugged up!!! I’m not the type of person to ask for help or face embarrassment so I drove to Walmart and purchased a plunger and got the job done. I don’t understand why there isn’t any plungers in the rooms? On the bright side it was very quiet and we were able to catch up on sleep. We expected to have a better time at Hollywood but found it difficult to understand how the casino process works. We are not big gamblers and found there was a lack of info and assistance In figuring out how to use the machines and tables.
