It was clean the help are very courteous never had to leave the building food fun and rest all in one place.I enjoyed my stay.

We had rover view, but river was completely frozen this time of the year!

I m used to play casinos in MS. with all drinks included, this casino charge for drinks and wine is served in a very tiny plastic cup!

Not sure the guy's name was at check in..we got there about 330 pm he was AMAZING! OUTGOING FRIENDLY like I had known him forever..best first impression I've ever had of someone..thank you!

Pros:

location and the parking garage were very user frendly. The bar was nice and convenient as well.

Cons:

I thought the price for an off season stay was high. I would like to see a deal for people staying with loved ones in the hospital.

Cons:

The only issue we had was that the room was very stuffy and the AC unit was not working.we called and were told to shut it off for a time and turn it back on. This did not work. We did this numerous times. I did call for a fan and was brought in be. I called once more for a fan an never did receive one.
I enjoyed the facility but the Ac not working did make the stay more uncomfortable.

Other than my summary my stay was acceptable. a little pricey for after Labor Day but acceptable.

The staff & ease of check in

Cons:

getting around the parking garage when I only wanted to go to the Casino via the parking Garage so I didn't have to walk so far from the hotel elevator. I also didn't like that I wasn't informed that I needed to put dirty towels in a bag outside the door by 9am to get new ones, so when I came back from an event thinking I had room service, I did not. I also wanted a handicap accessible room with two Queen beds & they said they didn't have that so I asked for a room with a walk in shower with two Queen beds & again they don't have those. There needs to be more for the handicap people.
