Pros:

Io e il mio fidanzato abbiamo trascorso una splendida vacanza in questo hotel e ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene.
La struttura è moderna, curata e ben tenuta. La camera era spaziosa, pulita e dotata di un bellissimo terrazzino con vista sulla piscina. Le pulizie, a seconda dei giorni, erano leggermente variabili, ma nel complesso sono sempre state più che soddisfacenti.
Un capitolo a parte lo merita la cucina: semplicemente eccellente. Ogni giorno abbiamo trovato prodotti di ottima qualità, un’ampia varietà di piatti e preparazioni diverse, capaci di soddisfare tutti i gusti. La pasticceria è stata una vera sorpresa: assortimento incredibile e dolci davvero deliziosi. Un complimento speciale anche al cuoco della griglia, sempre molto gentile, professionale e attento. Si vedeva la cura e la passione che metteva nel preparare ogni piatto.
Anche il personale di sala è stato sempre professionale, gentile e disponibile. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Eva, che con la sua simpatia, professionalità e attenzione ci ha fatto sentire accolti durante tutto il soggiorno. È una persona davvero speciale e speriamo di rivederla in futuro.
Ho utilizzato anche la palestra dell’hotel e l’ho trovata ben attrezzata, con tutto il necessario per svolgere un ottimo allenamento quotidiano.
Infine, la posizione è uno dei punti di forza della struttura: perfetta sia per raggiungere le splendide cale della zona, in particolare Cala Agulla, raggiungibile in circa 10 minuti a piedi, sia per visitare il centro di Cala Ratjada, ricco di negozi, supermercati, ristoranti e tutti i servizi necessari.
Consigliamo assolutamente questo hotel a chi desidera trascorrere una vacanza rilassante a Maiorca. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e ci torneremmo molto volentieri.
Grazie di cuore a tutto lo staff per aver reso la nostra vacanza ancora più piacevole!

Good location hotel that needs better housekeeping and room maintenance
Pros:

The location is excellent. There is plenty of free street parking nearby, and it's within walking distance of many restaurants, cafés and shops. Cala Agulla beach is only about a 10-minute walk away. The lobby and public areas look modern, well maintained and clean. The breakfast was also good, although it was difficult to fully enjoy the experience after the issues we encountered with the room.

Cons:

The room did not meet the standard of cleanliness I expected. When I checked in, there was sand and dust on the floor, which also felt damp - likely because it had just been mopped and the room had been left closed without the air con running. There was a visible stain on the toilet seat, suggesting it hadn't been cleaned properly.

We also found ants in the room, both underneath and on top of the desk. Staff eventually came to spray the area and clean it, which reduced the problem, but the ants did not disappear completely.

The aircon was another frustration. Although it eventually cooled the room (when I kept it on the whole time), it took an unusually long time to become effective, making the room uncomfortable after returning from the summer heat (35c).

The staff experience was mixed. Some were friendly and genuinely helpful, while others appeared overworked, stressed or simply unable to deal with the issues.

Overall, the hotel looks much better in the photos than it does in practice. The location is a real strength, but the cleanliness and room maintenance fell well below expectations.

Extraordinario
Pros:

Un 10 en todos los sentidos. Un hotel tranquilo, bien ubicado, limpio y el personal es extraordinario. Desde la recepción, socorrista, bar de la piscina, bufet, personal de limpieza.
El bufet de la mañana es muy completo y la calidad de la comida es excelente.
Queremos remarcar el buen trato del socorrista, muy educado y atento, tuvo un detalle con nuestra hija pequeña. También queremos agradecer a todo el personal del bar de la piscina la amabilidad y el buen trato que nos dieron. Sin duda, volveremos.

Pros:

Hotel má dobrú polohu v tichej ulici a zároveň kúsok od mora aj centra. Izby boli ako na fotkách. Keďže hotel má 4 bazény, vždy sa dalo nájsť miesto na lehátku. Výber jedla na raňajky a večere bol pestrý a neustále dopĺňaný.

Liebloses NPC-Hotel, ohne Charme, durchoptimiert. Um 10.45 Uhr wird beim Frühstück Druck gemacht.
Pros:

Dass man draußen immer einen Parkplatz findet, mit dem man am nächsten Tag vom unentspannten Hotel weg kommt.

Cons:

Für 1.944 € für 10 Nächte gab's kein 4-Sterne-Hotel, sondern eine Kostenoptimierungsmaschine mit Frühstücksbuffet. Los ging's mit 6 € Aufpreis pro Tag fürs Babybett – aus Prinzip abgelehnt. Man stellte es dann doch gratis hin, der Beigeschmack blieb: erst die Kasse, dann der Gast.

Die Zimmer sind relativ klein und eng. Geputzt wird nur donnerstags, "aus Umweltschutzgründen" – eine Ausrede so glaubwürdig wie ein Steuerberater, der ehrenamtlich arbeitet. Auf Nachfrage wird geputzt, hatten trotzdem sofort schmutzige Füße.

Draußen: Das Gelände ist genauso lieblos. Der Spielplatz in praller Sonne, heiße Spielgeräte, kein Sand nur Dreck am Boden - nie Kinder zu sehen. Pool ebenfalls in der Vollsonne, dazu außenrum teils Kunstrasen, an dem sich unser Kind die Füße verbrannte. Abends, wenn der Pool endlich angenehm wäre, wird er geschlossen. Der hintere Pool beim Aparthotel: dreckig, von Giftpflanzen umzingelt. An einem Tag war der vordere Pool ganz gesperrt, weil ein betrunkener Gast reingekotzt hatte – kann das Hotel nichts für, passte aber ins Bild.

Beim ansonsten langweiligem Frühstück glänzte nur der Rührei-Koch mit frischem Ei - aber nur auf Nachfrage, sonst gabs Instant-Ei aus dem Tetrapack. Um 10:45 Uhr wurden wir mit Kleinkind angeschnauzt, wir würden den Betrieb aufhalten, weil wir noch essen. Punkt 10:30 Uhr klappen die Kaffeemaschinen zu, wer um 10:28 Uhr noch will, erntet Blicke wie bei Gotteslästerung.

Nachmittags reißt Animation die Kinder aus dem Mittagsschlaf, abends singt jemand um 22:16 Uhr fürs Gegenteil von Einschlafhilfe. Bingo inklusive.

Insider-Tipp: Nur den Espresso-Knopf drücken – alles andere ist Instantpulver in Tassenform.

Fazit: Ein 2-Sterne-Haus im 4-Sterne-Kostüm. Freundliche Einzelkämpfer (Koch, Zimmermädchen, Nachtwächter) retten den Eindruck nicht. Unser Name: "NPC-Hotel" – 10:30 Uhr springen alle Gäste synchron vom Tisch, aus Angst vor bösen Blicken. Für Familien mit Kleinkindern nicht empfehlenswert.
