No down falls that I experienced
My guy at the front desk when we checked in was the best he was the most helpful person I've ever experienced while being at a hotel .. This company should give him a raise he was that good .. He has a twin so it shouldn't be hard to figure out who he is and I hope he gets to see this message... Y'all are lucky to have this young man as an employee... We checked in June 7th at around 6 in the evening and I wanna thank him for his wonderful hospitality.. God bless this young man and may you have a blessed life ..
The room was clean, especially the bathroom. Housekeeping notified us on check-in that they were there if we needed anything during our stay.
The kind lady taking care of breakfast was always smiling, cleaning and refilling the breakfast buffet. Very thorough and clean.
The front desk staff were all friendly and acknowleged us when we passed by, not matter the time of day.
The overall facility looked dated and showed signs of wear. The steam iron in our room was bad and had black gunk on the bottow of the iron. We told the front desk and they sent a new one to our room.
The desk and wall lamps are rusted with rust that looked beyond repair or cleaning. On the underside of the desk lamp shade it appeared to be moldy.
There were carpet stains on the hallway floor. One near our door was over a foot wide.
In short, for the price, I did expect better.
Easy off/on location. Check-in went very well. Coffee was good; cookies even better. Room was clean and comfortable. Great shower. Great and substantial breakfast w/very nice lady "running the show." Lots of parking. Definitely worth future stays.

Room was filthy, the bed had a dip in it and it squeaked. Kept us up all night. The bathroom door kept sticking when you opened and closed it, making a loud noise in the middle of the night. The lamp next to the squeaky bed didn't work. The hot water ran out way too fast. It was just a disaster! The front desk lady only gave us 10% off, which was only $12.00. 🤦♀️Bad bad night
