Pros:

The One bedroom with 2 Queen beds is very spacious and for 5days stay it is very comfortable and homey. The daily housekeeping to keep the rooms clean & sanitary is appreciated.
There is no musty odor on the hallways despite the carpet shows wear & tear. The hotel lobby, dining area and hallways are kept clean.

Cons:

The toilet amenities need some upgrade. The miniature hand soap bar is generic & cheap. I had to ask for a couple extra bar soaps since the one in the room is broken.

The shower curtain should have a second layer and its short in length.

The living room sofa seat cover has a hole. I suggest it should be repaired. It made the room look old, not maintained and a downgrade.

The one night stay was overall good.
Pros:

The breakfast was satisfying. The location was easy to come in and out.

Cons:

In the bathroom, a couple of towels were not too clean as well as around the rim of the tub.
