Pros:

Man kann die Flasche gratis mit Wasser auffüllen.
Lage zur RER gut ( wenn die RER funktioniert!)

Cons:

Zu kleines Bett ( bei Studio mit 3er Belegung)
Bettsofa war nicht gemacht.
Zimmer eher Kalt ( im April)
Nur 2 Rollen Toilettenpapier.

Amazing, comfortable, affordable, and perfect for a week stay without going broke.
Pros:

The beds were comfortable and the kitchenette was very useful and helped us save a lot of money. There was a heater and a fan in case of temperature discomforts. I also loved the seperation between the bed area, the kitchen, and the bathroom.

Cons:

The shower was difficult to get into, and if i was any bigger, it would have been impossible... and i am not that large of a person. The shower was also very slippery inside both dry and wet, and let a lot of water onto the floor if the doors arent closed perfectly.

Appartamento carino e curato. Vicino alla metro
Pros:

Appartamento molto pulito, staff gentile ed attento, indicazioni dettagliate per arrivare. Posizione vicina alla metro, quartiere tranquillo, oggetto di importanti opere di riqualificazione negli ultimi anni (c'eravamo stati anni fa). Negozi vicini all'appartamento, oltre a ristoranti, pizzerie e offerte culinarie etniche.

Cons:

Bagno piccolino, pur efficiente. Cucina con poche dotazioni, anche se abbiamo mangiato pochissimo a casa. Posizione un pochino defilata rispetto al centro, ma ben servita. In linea con i prezzi di Parigi, altissimi😃

Le prix est "correct". Cependant, pour l'hygiène, le sourire à la réception : peut mieux faire.
Pros:

Le buffet du petit déjeuner très complet, le fait de pouvoir déposer les bagages un peu plus tôt que la réception effective de la chambre, l'accès H24, enfin le fait de pouvoir cuisiner sur place.

Cons:

L'hygiène dans les chambres : évier mal nettoyé (système d'évacuation très sale), le dessus des mobiliers (salle de bain et cuisine, cadres...) ne sont pas fait : poussière, poisseux. Les interrupteurs ne sont pas propres, les murs ont des projections, le sol avait encore des parties sales (vers la poubelle).
L'espace repas de la chambre est vraiment trop exigu. Cela pose un vrai problème de confort. Pas d'équipement pour laisser les chaussures à l'entrée, pas de chaussons proposés, pas de porte manteau dans l'entrée. Le personnel de réception n'est pas accueillant. Il n'y a aucun échange.

Première expérience dans un appart hôtel
Pros:

😀J'ai aimé la gentillesse du personnel, leur attention portée à mon égard, l'accueil, j'ai également aimé le confort de la chambre, j'avais un un studio tout équipé.

Cons:

☹️Dommage que le parking soit payant, il devrait être inclus dans le tarif de la chambre
