Затишний апарт-готель в тихому районі зі зручним транспортним сполученням та інтерʼєром, що створює гарний настрій.
Pros:

Розташування недалеко від зупинок громадського транспорту, чистота, зручні ліжка, чиста постіль, просте виселення, велика кількість різного посуду на кухні та повноцінна кухня (холодильник,електроплита та мікрохвильовка), дуже приємний інтерʼєр, привітний персонал, можливість сортування відходів.

Cons:

Відсутність стільниці на кухні - досить тісно для приготування їжі, незручний замок в ванній кімнаті - треба змастити чи замінити, проте це - дрібниці)

Séjour sympa mais qui pourrait être mieux !!! Les comportements des agents entretien sont à revoir !
Pros:

Le confort de la literie. Studio bien équipé. Tout est à portée de main. Studio bien situé géographiquement à proximité de tout. L'agent d'accueil m’a surclassé. Hôte d'accueil très agréable.

Cons:

Malheureusement ce que j’ai trouvé très décevant c’est les agents d'entretiens qui font un vacarme pour nous faire débarrasser des chambres bien avant l’heure. Avant 10h30. C’est scandaleux et très désagréable pour le client !!!!

Quite close to the RER C station, clean

Cons:

The bed was not quite comfortable and walls were paper thin. We were required to sort the trash (but it wasn’t clear how) and clean the dishes but we were not provided dishsoap.

Bon emplacement et prix raisonnable
Pros:

Très bien situé, on est à Bercy en une vingtaine de minutes directement par le bus. J’étais à Paris pour des concerts à l’Accor Arena et c’est très pratique. En plus le prix est très correct par rapport à l’emplacement.
Le studio est suffisamment bien équipé pour y préparer son repas. Le lit est confortable. Tout est propre. J’avais une chambre qui donnait sur l’intérieur donc c’était très calme. L’établissement est bien sécurisé et le personnel est agréable.

Cons:

Peut-être la laverie de l’établissement qui fonctionne uniquement par pièce, j’ai donc utilisé la laverie qui était juste en face de l’hôtel, qui elle prend les cartes bancaires.
