UNINHABITABLE CONDITIONS — LEFT AT 4AM WITH TWO YOUNG CHILDREN
Cons:

I booked this apartment for 5 nights for my family including two young girls (ages 3 and 9). Upon check-in on May 29, we found the room completely uninhabitable:

Room temperature 31 in one room and 33+°C insecond. No air conditioning

Bugs in the bedroom

Severe hygiene issues — dirty bed base, filthy electrical sockets, bad smell throughout the entire room.

Bed setup completely unsafe for young children and different from what have been advertised.

Photos on Booking.com completely fake/retouched

We documented everything with photos and immediately contacted Booking.com. After a 45-minute call at 2am, we had no choice but to leave the property and find emergency alternative accommodation at 4am with two exhausted young children.

The additional emergency costs — new hotel, taxi, phone calls — exceeded €1,300.

Booking.com opened a refund case. The property has refused to provide a full refund despite the conditions being completely unacceptable and a clear violation of basic health and safety standards.

I have full photographic evidence of all of the above.

Do not book this property especially if you are travelling with children. The conditions we experienced were dangerous and unacceptable.

Kurztrip Paris zur Stadtbesichtigung
Pros:

Nettes Personal und stets hilfsbereit bei Fragen. Alles im Zimmer vorhanden, was man benötigt. Ausreichendes Frühstück und gute Lage mit fußläufiger Erreichbarkeit von öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (RER Bahnstation ca. 5 Minuten und Metro ca. 15 Minuten).

Cons:

Renovierung im Badbereich notwendig, zumindest bei unserem Appartment während des Aufenthalts.

Emplacement proche de Paris.

Cons:

Les chambres ne sont malheureusement pas à la hauteur de nos attentes. La propreté laisse à désirer, avec beaucoup de poussière et de saletés dans les coins et sous les lits. Les chambres sont très vieillissantes, tout comme les murs et le mobilier. La literie est également peu confortable, ce qui n’a pas permis de bien se reposer.

Pour notre part, nous ne reviendrons pas dans cet établissement. Je le déconseille aux personnes qui accordent une importance particulière à la propreté, au confort et à la qualité du sommeil.

Spitzen Aufenthalt
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal. Die Betten sind super bequem. Deckbett, Bettbezüge, Kissen, alles ist frisch gewaschen. Zwei Standventilatoren sind im Zimmer gewesen. Zum Frühstück eine unerwartete Vielseitigkeit. Schöner und gepflegter Hinterhof zum Frühstücken. Tischkicker! Toll!

Cons:

Die Balkone sind nicht möbliert, und etwas schmutzig. Im grunde werden sie höchstwahrscheinlich weing genutzt, aber es fällt auf, da der Rest durch gestylt ist.
Störend fanden wir die Tabak und weiteres rauchenden Nachbarn auf dem Balkon. Der Rauch zog in unser Zimmer. Es sollte ein Rauchverbot im gesamten Hotel geben.
