Surf Olas Altas

This is a clean and very well located hotel. It’s not fancy, but they clean the rooms really well every day and the beds were very comfortable. We did have to go to a different room because the shower sprayed all over and was unusable in our first room. The second room the shower was much better, hot water was somewhat unreliable, but manageable. The sink faucet was very loose and we were worried it might fall off before we left, so it needs upgrades. However, the staff was always kind and accommodating, the pool was nice, and their location can’t be beat. The restaurant was very underwhelming. We only tried it once and I didn’t want to go back. Although that was for dinner, maybe breakfast is better? While the location is great, it is also near the local loud nightclubs. So there were some nights where Music blasted very late, but I was able to just put earbuds in and sleep through it. And yes, our key card did stop working once, but there was always somebody at the desk to help us. To me it was worth these minor inconveniences to have a comfortable bed, a clean room, kind and attentive staff and such a great location.

Nos encanto todo, la amabilidad y empatia de Lucero, la piscina los niños la disfrutaron mucho, y la comida en las mañanas los desayunos los hicimlos en la cafeteria del restaurant y muy buenos, tiene tiendas cerquita que son 24 horas.

Super Hotel, sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Das Internet ist allerdings nicht besonders. Außerdem, dafür kann das Hotel natürlich nichts, die Strandbar Xcaanda gegenüber feiert mit sehr lauter Musik bis 3 Uhr morgens. Für eine Familie mit Kindern sehr ärgerlich.

Location was excellent but the amazing service is what made this place so outstanding. Was greeted warmly and the young lady at reception was so quick to assist with a smile. She gave us instructions and guidance immediately and answered all our questions with no hesitation.

This review is in comparison to all the other mediocre experiences I had during my stay in many hotels during my trip in the Oaxacan coast.

El lugar cumple su función. Las camas son muy duras y nunca sirivio la televisión.

Encantados con el hotel, todo excelente, las camas son super cómodas y el precio es muy bueno, básicamente das unos paso y tienes el mar, restaurantes y demás, 100% recomendado en todos los aspectos.

Pésimo servicio y actitud en todo, desde la recepción. Se dice que “a ojo del amo engorda la vaca”. Claramente el dueño no tiene ni idea del pésimo servicio y actitud del personal. El restaurante decía que cerraba a las 10:30 y a las 9:15 de la noche ya no nos quisieron atender y nos corrieron del lugar. La verdad solo porque iba con mis hijos y familia no valía trascender esto con esta gente floja. No regreso.

Fue una estancia muy tranquila y las habitaciones muy limpias, nos gusto mucho el área de piscina

Gran lugar para hospedarse, buena ubicación

Buena ubicación. El hotel está bastante bien cuidado desde el exterior. Las habitaciones son razonables.

La habitación tenía un olor muy raro. Habia mucho ruido desde temprano por la construcción.

Muy buena ubicación, tiene aire acondicionado, alberca y personal amable.

Único punto en contra, que está muy cerca de los antros que tienen música hasta las 3:00 am

Me gustó mucho la zona en la que está ubicada
