Pros:

Good location and comfortable stay

Cons:

When I booked my stay I had booked with an upper level floor plan. There was an option for upper level and lower level second floor. I chose the upper level. When I got there I was placed on lower level second floor. The guy at the front said they had mixed up my
Room with someone with the same last name as me. So I ultimately didn’t get the room I had originally requested.

Beyond expectations…I will definitely return as often as possible.
Pros:

Location is perfect…easily accessible and close enough to town to be convenient, yet enough on the outskirts of town to be quiet and peaceful. Polite and efficient housekeeping staff. Desk personnel friendly and helpful.

Taken advantage of by manager

Cons:

The manager forced our hand in needing payment in order to give us our prepaid room with Expedia. Expedia had not sent our payment through when we arrived. Management told us we could not have a room until we resolved the issue with Expedia. Even though our payment had already gone through on our credit card. We tried for an hour to get in contact with Expedia, but our call kept being dropped. Therefore we were told in order to get our room we would need to give them a new payment. So we paid double for a one night stay. Still upset about this!!

We will avoid booking.com in the future, even if we have to do it by phone instead of on line.
Cons:

They were out of towels: when other guests requested they got all the towels, none were held back. When we requested all extra towels were gone.

NO RECEIPT. "Oh you will get it via email from booking.com". Still waiting, no receipt from Booking.com.

Mysterious $2.25 charge showed up on the credit card. Not expected, and, of course, NO RECEIPT.

Lovely hotel

The hotel is located on the banks of the Colorado River. The view across the river is lovely. The facilities were all clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious!
