Declan and Jordan provided excellent valet services with my car and bags. They were both friendly and extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel
based on the assistance they provided.

Gabe quickly took care of me. He carefully took my luggage out & let me go checkin instead of continually waiting for car to move. Thank you Gabe!!!

We had a good experience when arriving at the hotel despite the busy traffic. Gabe was the best in parking my car and helping us get our luggage to our room. Gabe was patient and polite and made sure our belongings were delivered without any damage.

Jordan was nice, very helpful and provided excellent customer service when assisting me with my vehicle!

Terrill has been the best. He welcomed me as soon as I drove up with a big greeting and a smile to match. He also greeted the crows in front of me the same way! I think he needs a raise! He is such a wonderful person to meet when you pull up.

Jordan greeted us when we drove up. Saw that we needed extra help and immediately stepped up. Normally we have problems parking we have an oversized vehicle. The entire staff was very informative and very polite (front desk Justine & Gab at valet) Thank you

During my stay at the Raleigh Marriott City Center, two shirts were stolen directly from my room by hotel staff. This was clear theft, not a lost or left-behind item. I have filed a police report for the theft.

Despite repeated clear emails with all facts and evidence, Marriott continues to deny any responsibility. Rotating agents repeatedly claim guests simply “leave items behind” and even offered a ridiculous “$10,000 friendly transfer” while refusing any real investigation or compensation.

This evasive and insulting response is completely unacceptable.

The Raleigh Marriott City Center provided an outstanding stay. The quality of the hotel is amazing the staff couldn't have been more attentive and friendly. The bar staff was incredible and appreciate their service and conversation. Also, valet Nathan provided outstanding service and was very attentive to the quick return of my vehicle. Highly recommend booking at this Marriott

Had an amazing experience with this Marriott! The location is hard to beat if you’re coming into the Convention Center and the valets, Nathan & Gabe, looked out for me like I was family. I’ll be looking for this location every time I’m in Raleigh!
