The hotel offers a private shuttle service from 5:00 AM to 11:50 PM. Please check availability at reception.

A free airport shuttle service is available. Please refer to the following schedule: * Departure times from the hotel to Malaga Airport and La Colina commuter train station: 5:00 - 6:00 - 7:00 - 8:00 - 10:00 - 12:00 - 16:00 - 18:00 - 20:00 *(Once the bus is full, a new bus will depart every 20 minutes thereafter, until all passengers have been transported) (Please note that there is no shuttle service before 5:00 AM.) It is not possible to book the shuttle service in advance; it can only be booked at check-in at reception. The shuttle service cannot be guaranteed at a specific time; it is subject to availability and the order of bookings at check-in. This is a free service, and the hotel reserves the right to make changes to the schedule to ensure good service.
Guests must provide their arrival date/time and flight details during the booking process. The airport shuttle service is for transit passengers only, not for car rental customers. Once you have landed and have your luggage, you must call the hotel to request its collection.
Please note that one piece of luggage per person is allowed. Additional luggage costs €3 per piece.
Golf clubs and bicycles cost an additional €5 per unit, per trip.
The airport-hotel shuttle operates from 10:00 AM to 11:50 PM; no pickup is possible after this time.
All guests must present a credit card with a €200 deposit as a guarantee before check-in. This deposit will be refunded within 7 days of departure. Accommodations is not possible without the required deposit.

El suelo de mi habitación por alguna razón (que desconozco) estaba hirviendo y el aire acondicionado no era suficiente para mantener la temperatura para dormir en un ambiente fresco

La navette au final payante pour aller à l’aéroport et le personnel qui n’a pas pris mon bagage alors que j’étais seule avec ma fille j’ai dû prendre un taxi de l’aéroport à l’hôtel pour récupérer ma valise car au téléphone elle parlait que espagnol et anglais et n’a pas compris mon pb beaucoup de stress au final aucune aide avec mon bébé pour le bagage !!!
Clean and spacious room. Aircon. Shuttle to the airport was handy.
The last shuttle left the airport at 23:50. Our delayed plane landed at 00:05 which was frustrating but not the fault of the hotel.
Can smell wild levels of mold in the room which made my face swell. Also the staff was a bit cold at the welcome desk. Also there are many conditions for the “free shuttle”

I’ve booked that specific hotel since they have shuttle service however the service hasn’t been provided as communicated through Booking.com and i had to take a taxi to go to the hotel which cost me additional fees.
La possibilité de transport vers l’aéroport a fait en sorte que l’on a choisi cet hôtel. Tout était parfait, restaurants, le service, la chambre,etc

Staff were very friendly and the hotel was clean. There were adequate facilities including ; pool, loungers, jacuzzi, fitness shed. Food was centred round the two bar areas, offering snacks from the ‘O’Neill’s Irish Bar’ during the day, and an Italian selection in Trevolis Restaurant next to reception which also offered pizzas to take away. Breakfast was also served in the Trevoli’s Bar in the mornings. All drinks were averagely priced by hotel standards.
The pulling point for this hotel is the shuttle bus to the beach, train station and airport free of charge, a must really as the hotel is up a steep hill and would pose a problem for those with walking difficulties. Overall not a bad little set up at a reasonable price all things considered. Ideal for me as I used my consorcio de transporte card to go backwards and forwards to Malaga and Torremolinos Centro.
Would I stay hear again? Claro !!
Room was very small and smelt slightly damp but not enough to warrant complaints.
