People not staying at the hotel can only access the common areas and are not allowed to go up to the rooms.

The hotel offers a private shuttle service from 05:00 to 23:50. Check availability at the reception.

It is essential to contact the reception before arriving to confirm the expected arrival time.

A free airport shuttle service is offered. Please check the following schedule: * Departure times from the hotel to Málaga Airport and La Colina suburban train station: 05:00 - 06:00 - 07:00 - 09:00 - 11:00 - 13:00 - 16:00 - 18:00 - 20:00 h *(Once the bus is full, a new bus will be opened every 20 minutes thereafter, until all the people who request it are transported) (You should note that there is no transportation service before 5 am.) It is not possible to book the shuttle in advance, it can only be reserved at the time of check-in at the reception. It is not possible to guarantee the shuttle at a specific time, it is subject to availability and the order of reservations at check-in. It is a free service, so the hotel reserves the right to make any changes to the schedules to ensure good service.

Guests must provide the date/time of arrival and flight details during the booking process. The airport shuttle service is only for air transit customers, not for car rental customers. Once you have landed and have your luggage in your possession, you must call the hotel and request your pickup.

Please note that 1 piece of luggage per person is allowed. Any additional luggage costs 3 EUR per piece.

Golf clubs and bicycles have an additional cost of 5 EUR per unit and trip.

The airport-hotel shuttle schedule is from 10:00 AM to 11:50 PM; after that hour, pickup is not possible.

All guests, before checking in, are required to present a credit card for a €200 hold as a security deposit, which will be refunded within 7 days after check-out. It is not possible to stay without the corresponding deposit.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Not a four star hotel, more a one star hotel. Pool is cold, tranfer is only in certain hours.
Cons:

We chose this property because they promised heated outdoor pool and airport transfer.
Pool was 21C degrees, for us too cold. And they refused to transfer us to airport in 4:30 in the morning, said that earliest transfer is at 5:00, it would be too late for our flight. Room was very small for 4 persons and nothing worked, hair dryer was broken.

Lovely, comfortable, and nice place to stay close to airport with a courtesy car.
Pros:

The staff are very nice. They would help where they needed to and I would recommend there again and again. The location is great to the airport too and courtesy car has filled in the walking from the road.
Although I did not eat in because I was always out but I saw people eating in so I believe it would be great.

Cons:

On my arrival it got a little bit hard to contact but my message online was picked up quickly and attended to. In their response I got another alternative number to call. It was sorted within minutes and I was picked up from the airport. Nothing really bad to say honestly.

Pros:

El desayuno está bien pero poca diversidad

Cons:

Seleccione est hotel por el transfer al aeropuerto pero ni a la llegada ni a la salida lo pude usar debido a la poca frecuencia que ofrecen. La habitación que me asignaron estaba abierta con la cisterna del baño cargando todo el rato y no estaba bien aislada puesto que se oía el tráfico de fuera. Tampoco me parece normal al la retención de 200€ que se aplica porque esto no lo hace en ninguno d ellos múltiples hoteles en los que me he alojado

Won’t be staying there again…
Pros:

The facilities looked quite nice but we were only staying for one night and didn’t try them out.

Cons:

VERY NOISY! Kept being woken up by people slamming doors and talking during the night.

The bed was very uncomfortable and too small for 2 adults.

Had trouble finding the place by car. The access roads are very narrow and easy to miss.

Great location for airport transfer
Pros:

Great for an overnight stay before my flight. The free hotel transfer was fabulous, 10 minutes and stress free. Room was cleaned and functional.

Cons:

The walls were very thin, the whole place shook when a door slammed. But for an overnight stay it was just fine.

Mauvaise isolation nous entendons les chambres da côté oubien des personnes extérieurs manque quelques prestations extérieurs enfin les petits déjeuner reste chers 15€ par pers sans selfe service ?
