Un empleado de la última tarde noche pasada en el hotel, creo que no tiene muy claro cuál debería ser su actitud de cara al público. Se ha pasado mucho con su actuación, que no era necesaria. El mensaje verbal y nonverbal es muy importante.

Poca higiene y problemas con el aire acondicionado

La falta de higiene. Además, el aire acondicionado de la habitación lo controlan desde recepción: hay que pedir que lo enciendan y en nuestro caso lo apagaron a las dos horas, algo inaceptable en pleno agosto y una falta de respeto hacia los huéspedes. A la mañana siguiente se lo comentamos y la actitud fue de total indiferencia, sin mostrar ningún interés ni siquiera en disculparse.

Nic! Hotel jest usytuowany wsrod rozwalajacych sie budynkow I sam nie jest w lepszym stanie. Niezadbany z zewnatrz, smierdzacy I brudny w srodku. Pokoje niczym nie przypominaja tych ze zdjecia.

Cons:

W pokoju obrzydliwa smierdzaca wykladzina I karaluchy!!! Uwaga !!! Za 2 znalezione karaluchy hotel daje znizke 15 procent!!
