Great location. Beautifully laid out apartment with comfortable bed and all the facilities needed. Staff were also very gracious and helpful. Aircon was especially efficient.

Pros:

Loved the location and general cleanliness of the building. It was quiet as our room was at the front away from the railway line.

Cons:

The 'studio' is well-equipped but is a normal sized hotel-style room e.g not really a studio as it did not have anywhere to sit and the table and two chairs were too small to work/eat at. The balcony with its table and chairs was the saving grace. If you are wanting to 'live' there then book a one-bedroom.
Cleaning was great but we would have liked surfaces wiped /dusted too.

Great - lovely apartment, good location near station for central Melbourne.
Pros:

Loved it - spacious, had everything -washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, good hot water, powerful shower, quite quiet (it was over Christmas!). Had to book last minute as other accommodation for whole family not suitable so we moved out - and so lucky. This was very reduced in price! Also very close to station for trains into central Melbourne. Would definitely book again.

2. The balcony needed some cover because it faced north and the sun made it too hot to sit outside.

If I takeaway the lack of attention of receptionist when I was to arrive, it would have been spot on.
Pros:

The room was well appointed and clean. The kitchenette was appropriately equiped and the items were fresh and newish. It was handy to restaurants and Woolies and Coles, which made getting supplies easy. It was very close the the train station, which I didn’t realise when searching for transport. Would be great if it was listed in their conveniences.

Cons:

There is a relatively early close of reception, and there was a cliche getting my key, which did cause me distress.

Great location close to Brighton's shopping precinct, not far from Brighton and St Kilda beaches.
Great terrace for outdoor eating.
Clean amenities and secure access.
Good lift access and wheelchair friendly at street.
Helpful staff and safe suburb from which to explore.
Quiet rooms and leafy streets

Cons:

Not 24hr reception.
Map of apartment configuration at booking would have been helpful. Local tourist guidebook would also be useful.
Second bathroom off main living room with shower over bath, laundry in main ensuite not well laid out as not great if two individuals or couples sharing apartment or if elderly/ less mobile.
Train noise at night but not too loud as our apartment on Male St side of building.

Pros:

Good location. Very spacious apartment, clean, quiet. Check in outside of reception hours was very straightforward once you are there.
Only noticed some train noise around 11pm-midnight otherwise didn't notice at all.

Cons:

Bathroom is a bit dated. Shower in bathtub might be hard for someone with mobility issues.

We have stayed here before so knew what to expect. The facilities are spotless, the location is perfect for the beach or a meal along Church Street. The staff are really friendly and helpful and the room service staff were lovely.
