В гостиницам комплексе очень жарко кондиционер не работает нормально эти деньги не стоят того которыми оплатили

В лифте нету кондиционера сотрудники очень грубо относиться по Booking другой цены там на место помогай другой цены.
Завтрак вообще невозможно кушать нету там ничего все по рецепту.

Très mauvaise expérience. Franchement, je ne comprends pas les précédents commentaires ni comment cet hôtel peut être considéré comme un vrai 5 étoiles. J’ai l’habitude de séjourner dans des hôtels haut de gamme, mais ici, c’est la première fois que je suis aussi déçu.

L’hôtel est vétuste, le mobilier est vieux et donne une impression générale de saleté. La chambre n’était pas confortable du tout, avec des lits extrêmement durs. Plusieurs endroits semblaient mal entretenus et franchement peu propres. En lisant d’autres avis après mon séjour, j’ai vu que beaucoup de clients se plaignaient également de la propreté, donc je ne suis visiblement pas le seul à avoir eu cette impression.

Pour un établissement affiché comme un 5 étoiles, c’est honteux. Très mauvaise expérience, je ne reviendrai pas.

Room and the location was very pleasant.
But the Breakfast !!!! I stayed there 8 nights. i had 8 breakfast. Every day SAME MENU. I got fade up with same menu. I noted this to the desk.
