Pros:

Room and the location was very pleasant.
But the Breakfast !!!! I stayed there 8 nights. i had 8 breakfast. Every day SAME MENU. I got fade up with same menu. I noted this to the desk.

Pros:

I didnt like it at all. The bed is like sleeping on rock.
The gym equipment is very old. I almost fell due to the treadmill being not serviced.
The elevators I had to change elevators half way in order to reach my floor.

Konum çok iyi. Oda büyük ve çok kullanışlı, personel özellikle Rose bizi memnun için çok uğraştı (teşekkür Rose.) Şehir manzarası iyiydi. Kahvaltısı yeterince iyi.

Cons:

Yatak Hilton’ dan daha konforsuz, Bizden önceki misafirin çöpleri (tuvalet kağıtları vs, ne olduğu belirsiz pis şeyler) odadaydı. Telafi etmek için ikramlarda bulunmaları iyiydi. 3 kişilik akşam yemeği rezervasyonu ücretsiz hediye ettiler. Birde karmaşık bir odaya ulaşma sistemi var. Önce bir asansörle 36. kata çıkıp asansör değişimi yapılması gerekiyor oradan odana geçiyorsun. Kahvaltıda peynir neredeyse hiç yok.

Pros:

Staff was attentive. It’s a short walk to the Xintiandi Foshan area which is nice.

Cons:

The lifts are a pain as you always need to change on the 36th floor. It can Take 10 mins to get from your room to the street.
