I’ve always wanted to stay in a Swissotel.
Pros:

The bed was very comfy. Location is not exactly in the heart of the xintiandi area but accessible by foot. There is a walkway under the rotunda. The staff speaks English.

Cons:

Our room was located in a high floor but we couldn’t enjoy the view because there was a pony wall balcony obstructing the view.
