The rooms are numbered by building, not floor. (200 rooms in building 2, 100 in 1, etc.). Because of the remodel, it was challenging to find Rm 229.
Our waitress was new and being trained. She was a nice as you could be. The person training her was abrupt and condescending to her, publicly correcting and reminding her how to do things. The free menu is limited, and she frequently reminded her to tell people, when it clearly says it on the car you get with check-in.
Clean, close to freeway
Breakfast was suppose to be included. I paid extra for breakfast for my booking and the staff said that was misinformation. However, I showed staff that breakfast was included and they refused to honor it. So disappointing 😞
Close to town
Hotel is extremely loud. Other guests above us very loud until late at night. Construction is also going on throughout the day. It's right next to the freeway. Truckers also use the parking lot and idol there rigs at all hours of the night. You won't get any sleep at this place
Cleanliness
Everything was fine.
Location pool
No complimentary breakfast, broken hot tub, no elevator, not notified about a planned power outage scheduled for the night.
The breakfast staff is amazing! Friendly, thoroughly accommodating, professional, quick and the waitress checked on us often.
The steak and eggs were cooked perfectly and were delicious!
The bacon was overcooked when I asked for “crispy “bacon”.
hot tub is good after day of skiing, was a definitely a dealbreaker. I wish they had a small sauna too.
pricy compare to other hotels - friends got twice bigger room in another hotel for half of the price I paid
The hotel itself is wonderful.
Breakfast did not indicate what is covered and not. Had to pay extra. I don’t mind paying as long as I was informed before ordering that it is not included in the free breakfast.
There was a restaurant/bar on site and a pool/hot tub. Our room had patio access, which was very nice as we were traveling with a dog. Beds were VERY comfortable. Room was very clean.
I always look for breakfast included, but not a lot of choices in the area that were pet friendly. With a restaurant on site, adding breakfast would seem pretty easy (I've seen "limited menus" at some hotels). I did not see an extra pet charge on Booking.com. I assumed the price INCLUDED the pet fee, since "pet friendly" was my main search criteria. (If it is listed somewhere, I didn't see it - and I looked.)
Dinner at Coopers was excellent
nothing
The hot tub wasn’t working during my stay, and from what I heard, it’s been out of order for a while—even though it's still advertised as an amenity. On top of that, the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, which was disruptive and concerning.
Excellent breakfast/dinner selection and excellent service, especially from ANGELA, LAUREN and CHRISTINA!
Everythng was good...
A technican Brian was very helpful getting us a new room because there was a bad hum and vibration from the HVAC.
HVAC vibration was terrible.
I did not eat at the restaurant so do not have a comment about that, but I do think it would be helpful if there was information about the restaurant in the room or at the front desk. I would like to mention that Pauline at the front desk was exceptionally helpful.
A large part of the facility does not have an elevator.
