Very loud and buzzy room, comfortable beds.

Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

There was so much buzzing noise in our room from the refrigerator and HVAC system, plus noise from the highway. It was very overstimulating. The restaurant staff was very overwhelmed and the service was terrible. We waited 10 minutes for them to take out drink order.

Pros:

The rooms were extremely clean, and also a very cute and cozy cabin style hotel. The staff is extremely polite. The location was convenient. I've stayed here twice and each time we've had a wonderful experience.

Pros:

Very convenient, safe and the nicest hotel in the area. Excellent indoor jacuzzi and pool.

Cons:

Patio areas are small with no view except other unit patio areas.

It was just fine
Pros:

I love the coffee shop for breakfast; also the motel is the best in Mount shasta.

Cons:

Two of the sockets were two large for our charging plug.
